Also the legs on the wall bed were never tightened, so they shook so hard it stripped the screw holes. An hour after I bought the camper nervous about my purchase i sent Evans a video of the damage and asked if I could just bring it back and trade up but this idea was not embraced. Evans and Sons put me in touch with the manufacturer Sunset Trailers. Numerous phones calls to both companies and nothing has been resolved. Presently is feels that both companies are just waiting me out.

I talked to the service manager at Customer's First and described the problem. We decided I could drive the last six miles to the dealership. He said if it was a serious problem it couldn't be fixed until the following week. If that happened they would help us find a place to stay until then. When we arrived at the dealership they put our unit in a service bay right away and determined it was a minor issue that they could fix right away. We were in and out of the shop in a half hour. The service staff at the dealership were outstanding. They were friendly, knowledgable and efficient. We would highly recommend them for service work. They also had some great looking RVs on the lot.

We did the trade all as planned. Sales good and Finance was good. Have to watch what your getting. Nick talked us into getting an extended warranty. I did my research and had Good sam on Class C. They replaced AC and Generator. Very good service. So my wife and I wanted one. We sell ted for a 8 year 80k warranty. It was power train and all the coach. ( 0 ) deductible. WOW ! Ok we get Class A home, and the bedroom slide out gets out of wack 4" off on one side. It ripped the molding and got into the trim on the wall. I called service and they said get it to us asap. Upon arrival they took pictures and said it would go in shop next day. True to their word it did. I have heard horror stories of people buying and missing a whole season of camping. Not the case. They got it done in 3 days. Heather was great on getting us in and kept contact on progress. Went in, and they said here is the keys. No paper work nor any payments. My wife inspected unit, and she said it was good to go. So I had great experience with the sale of and fixing the unit. They do break and getting an extended warranty is worth it. A review of my sales experience:…read more Thursday, I stopped in to verify some of my online research that I had been conducting on purchasing a recreational vehicle. I met with Christian in Sales and liked everything he was telling me and ended up purchasing the a Rockwood Geo Pro 19BH right then and there. I was on my way to Lexington, KY and had not meant to spend any time sidetracked here but the entire purchase time only took an hour and a half and I was back on the road. I had been researching ultra light weights for two months and knew what I wanted and needed. I knew they had one of my choices in stock and found out it was the only one. Rather than take a chance someone else would snap it up, I moved forward with my purchase. Tuesday, following bank approval of financing, I came back in to have a brake control added to my vehicle. Also, I needed an extremely modified ball mount (13 inches from ball to pin, raised 9 inches) for my trailer hitch so that my new RV would be level and clear my bumper. They did not have anything in stock that would get the job done. Dave searched high and low for the right mount with an extra long shank to fit my vehicle. He spent well over an hour calling other RV shops and searching the net and until he finally found me one that might work. I have to order it so we'll see. Blake did our demonstration. He was knowledgeable and was able to answer every one of my questions. He also provided more information beyond the required spiel which is exactly what you, as the customer, always want to hear. Hutch made the document closing painless and fast.

If he didn't have an answer he found someone that could answer. The day of delivery of our new RV was also great as the man who did our walk through was very experienced with RVs/ RV living and helped answer all of our questions. So far we are loving the RV we chose- Rockwood Ultra lite.
