Why do I have to forward my fiancée her receipt for the meals that she paid for? I wish their sales coordinator would click Reply All to include both the bride and the groom on email threads. Another communication faux pas - it's a seemingly little thing - they keep spelling my name wrong. I wouldn't bring this up except for the fact that my email address is my name. It's an open book test. And if they miss that level of detail, I worry about what else they're missing. From what I recall, we had teriyaki chicken skewers with sweet chili sauce, meatballs with marinara, biscuits (I think they were cheddar biscuits), black bean cakes with a yogurt sauce; a cubed cheese display with cheddar, Swiss, and pepper jack cheeses, grapes, berries, and assorted crackers; and a fresh fruit display with cantaloupe, honeydew, pineapple, grapes, and berries.
