It's just okay. Wouldn't go twice and would have liked the chicken to be actually grilled not just barely warm and not grilled at all. The fajitas were all vegetable. The chips were stale and the tortillas are just from a bag from Walmart. Atmosphere is nice however that doesn't mean service or food was all that amazing. read more

I ordered the Texas Rice, and when our food came out, it was hot, fresh, and full of flavor. My entree was absolutely phenomenal, and everyone else in my group enjoyed their meals as well. The decor and atmosphere of Rosa Mezcal are bright, pink, beautiful, and fun, which adds to the overall experience. What a stunning restaurant! They truly thought of every detail in the design. The murals, the chairs, the coffee cups, and even the lighting all come together beautifully! The food appears and sounds remarkably authentic. While I'm not Mexican or a chef, this place certainly captures the essence. A friend and I met here for brunch on Sunday they have a large menu and an even larger drank menu. I chose the Rosa croissant, likely the most American item on the menu, and it was delicious! The drinks are also insanely overpriced; got a $15 mangonada and it was so sweet I couldn't finish it. My partner can't even remember what he got to eat, it was so boring. I think I got the enchiladas with green sauce on top and I was seriously disappointed to discover that the sauce was kind of sweet and creamy instead of tangy and flavorful. Following our civil wedding my husband, my 2 witnesses and i, along with my 3 year old and a newborn baby attempted to go eat here. Online it showed as open to public as well as the outside "open" sign being on. Everything reflected that it was open. From the outside we could see people inside eating. When we tried to open the door it was locked, the host even came up to the door, but never opened it. Mind you this is at 4pm on a Thursday with 98 degree weather. We assumed after 5 mins of waiting to see if anyone would open the door to let us know anything that it was probably a private event. However, it was highly unprofessional to just ignore us out there. Especially seeing that we had a 6 week old baby and a toddler with us. We left being completely ignored.
