We had a reservation, but still ended up waiting close to 20 minutes before we were actually seated. The front of the place was pretty packed, and we were all hungry, so that stretch felt longer than it probably was. Once we sat down, it got better. We got the short rib empanadas to split between us and honestly those were the highlight of the night. Not sure what they put in them, but they were gone fast. An early Friday night visit. Daughter went for her 1st time visit here with us. Entered and seated immediately, didn't seem busy. This is 2nd time they seated us on left side hall way. I embarrassed my daughter, and asked to be seated in main area. We were declined even though had tables and booths open! Atmosphere is important. I hate staring at a wall. She answered all questions I had and was just a very nice person. I really enjoyed the Chicken Alfredo and the portions size was quite large. My family absolutely adores this place. We have been going for many years. Indeed, we've often times have Jeff Havern cater food for some of our special events. Today was particularly special as I took my son to be with me for a congratulatory dinner. We are actually celebrating the birth of two twin girls. Our waiter was Liam. Liam was about as top notch as you can be as a waiter. He attended our every need, he checked with us frequently to see if there were any other items we might want to be ordering, and all in all made it a very pleasant and enjoyable experience he was very personable, efficient, and courteous. The guy needs to be promoted or get a pay raise or something. Five star. read more

We were passing through Oklahoma and stopped for the night. The hotel rep recommended Primos for dinner and it did not disappoint. Bottom line is good home cooked food and a nice Italian restaurant. Our server Blair was very good. She answered all our questions and offered suggestions. The restaurant was clean and offers tables and booths as well as a bar area. She brought us fresh bread and oil & vinegar. Then my son and I shared a house salad and spaghetti sampler with meatballs and sausage. Both were delicious. The meatballs were hand made and very little filler. Sausage was flavorful and not spicy. The classic. marinara was fresh made and seasoned well. We ended with the stuffed strawberries. I ordered the Shrimp Magnifico, the veggies on the menu listed as baby spinach, asparagus, zucchini and yellow squash with tomatoes, I added mushrooms. It came with broccoli, red and green bell peppers and my requested mushrooms, none of the menu described items. I dislike broccoli and bell peppers, so I was really disappointed with this dish. I called, and the Mgr Kendall said he'd talk to the kitchen, pretty indifferent to the bad meal. The shrimp was cooked well though. The wedding soup tasted like it was from a can, with dog food meatballs. I would never order from here again. read more

A lot of people love this place so we tried it. Our server, Hunter, was great as well as all the hosts and other servers. Then there was the food. The spaghetti sampler was bland, but edible at best. My sea scallops limone was not good. The scallops were grainy and rubbery. The asparagus was tasty but buried under the pasta. The food came out so fast it couldn't have been made to order. Our first time at Primo's and they've got a good operation. Ambiance was retro reminding me of a family Italian restaurant in NYC. Big menu along with specials so something for everyone. I had the chicken parm and my girlfriend had the veal parm and both were very well done. My brother had the scallop special and it disappeared quickly. Martinis were great and bar seems well stocked. Our new favorite Italian restaurant in our area! So happy we went here for our daughter's birthday. The food was spectacular! Their homemade bread alone is worth going to try, dipped in the oil and balsamic makes it even better. We had a large party, and we all ordered something different. I managed an Italian restaurant for several years, so I thought id ask if they could make my dish even spicier than they normally do. Their chicken Diablo did not disappoint . Was not sure what to expect inside the restaurant, this restaurant is in an older shopping center. Inside was clean and a the lights are lowered to give it a nice quiet feel. First time here. In town for family visit and I picked Primo's based on reviews. I have to say that I am Italian and a foodie and I have a little bit of higher Italian food standards than most, so with that I begin. Lol. I tried 9 things. I didn't eat them all guys, I was donated bites from most plates to support my review . Ok 3 of the 9 items are a no go. The Rosemary roll was just a big bun roll. It smelled yeasty to me and I love Rosemary bread but this didn't have any Rosemary flavor IMO. All of the 4 other guests agreed. I was so excited to try the lobster bisque. I was so bummed. The soup had a fair amount of lobster in the bisque but....There were also a lot of chopped mushrooms in there as well. They have similar texture and are mild in flavor but I haven't seen one recipe that called for mushrooms. Biggest bummer was the soup was too spicy. A bisque should be smoky but shouldn't overpower the other flavors. It's all I could taste booo. Ok that was long lol. Short version of the others before below Spaghetti and meatballs - good flavor and moist meatballs. Lasagna - lots of layers and very tangy sauce. Yum Manicotti (that looked like cheese enchiladas) - really flavorful, again robust sauce and mild cheese. Chicken picatta - the pic of Chicken Picatta on their sign shows correct. What I got was smothered in a sauce with lots of mushrooms and diced tomatoes. Good dish but not Picatta Bruschetta - nice toasty bread but top had a cheese that tasted similar to feta cheese but that doesn't go on bruschetta. The tomato's were slightly mushy and lacked flavor that was strong enough to taste with forward cheese. Kids pizza - awesome in a kid pizza kind of way I will have to review desserts later. Haven't tried them yet Overall this place has potential. Restaurant had nice and cozy atmosphere and great service. Go check em out and report back. Haha read more

Yes it's in Yukon. However, it's literally two minutes north of I-40. In OKC we're blessed with great highways and toll roads crisscrossing our community and its suburbs. It won't take you any longer to drive to Yukon than anywhere else so please don't let the address keep you from trying Primo's. We were met at the door by friendly and smiling staff. The restaurant was filled with energetic people but the noise level was never a problem for conversation. Our table was fortunate to have Kylee offering suggestions and seeing to our every need. The menu is huge, offering a variety of selections for everyone, even your pickiest eater. Shrimp fondue served with bread sticks and stuffed mushrooms were the appetizers we chose. My favorite were the mushrooms but you can't go wrong with the fondue. Both plates were returned to the kitchen empty. We were each served an individual "ball" of oven warm bread. Kylee mixed olive oil and balsamic vinegar in a plate for dipping. We could've left then and been satisfied but we ordered soups and entrees. We had lobster bisque, tomato basil and Tuscan chicken soup. My Tuscan chicken soup seemed was very tasty but unexpected. It seemed more like a southwestern style soup due to the black beans and corn. Nevertheless it was delicious and I'd certainly order it again. The tomato basil soup was thick and chunky (and still creamy) and a departure from a traditional recipe. My husband said the lobster bisque was a left turn from tradition but right on the money for taste and quantity of lobster. Two diners had it and thought it was delicious but spicy with a surprising amount of heat. We all enjoyed the departure from the same old boring dishes. You won't leave a drop in your bowl no matter which soup you choose. For entrees we had the Steak Delmonico, Da Vinci Flatbread, Shrimp Portifino and Godfather Chicken. All were delicious. I took half of the flatbread home and enjoyed it the next day. Everyone else at the table managed to clean their plates. As I said, the menu is expansive and making our choices was difficult so we are already planning our return trip to try many of the other delicious dishes. We ate at Primos for the second time and the food was phenomenal once again. We started with the Primos and Caesar Salads, which were both very tasty. I had the chefs special.. the blackened stuffed salmon, filled with mushrooms, scallops, shrimp, calamari and clams served over risotto with a side of grilled asparagus. It was the best salmon I've EVER had. My fiancé had the Mardi Gras pasta that comes with crawfish, shrimp, and sausage. It was beautifully prepared as well. Ambiance: the place is dark, the entrance is narrow and awkward and our table sat on top of a dip, so my chair kept wobbling back and forth. Bathrooms don't need a TV, people. Also, the 1980s elevator/shopping channel music needs to go like yesterday. Service: big sigh. Our very shaggy haired waiter was a nice kid, but he was just kind of a mess. First of all, please learn to enunciate your words. It's loud and he mumbled and we struggled hard. Secondly, please don't touch and/or pick up patrons' plates of unfinished food AND THEN ask if you can take it away. You've already touched it, and you clearly already made that decision for me...and also, please actually pick up dirty, finished plates when you see them. He spent a lot of his time at a table of his school peers across from us. Nice kid, but needs better understanding of social cues and rules. Food: maybe this is a West coast thing but lobster bisque shouldn't look like minestrone soup. It's just pureed lobster and maybe crumbled lobster, shrimp or other seafood relevant to this bisque. Taste was fine, though. My "blackened chicken Alfredo" was cute in that it was weird, bland, and white chicken slices with a sprinkle of paprika and LOADS of nutmeg in the sauce. Not bad, just nutmeg happy. My friend felt her Alfredo was different from what she's previously ordered from them before (via Ubereats). Bread was dry but rosemary flavor was nice. My Italian cream soda was super bland. Olive Garden is better, tbh, but it's not horrible if you end up eating here. read more

The service is excellent! The food is even better than the service and the atmosphere. My wife had the split pork chops with the apple bourbon glaze and they were great. I had the veal parm and it definitely did not disappoint. The starter was cups of lobster bisque and I could have drank the juice with a straw. We went here today for lunch and it was amazing as always! We started with the Cognac Style Meatballs which were out of this world. Such a great flavor! My husband had the Lasagna which was delicious and I had the Chicken Parmesan sliders which I dearly loved. Their sauce is amazing! We finished with the Beignets which were the best we ever had! Sat at the bar to watch the ballgame. Bartender Kendall was knowledgeable of the menu and had a nice demeanor in serving. My blackened chicken Alfredo dish was excellent. I got a small Caesar salad that was a little too sweet and creamy(I prefer oil based Caesar salads), which some might like but I didn't think too special. Cherry tomatoes on the Caesar are unusual to me. The restaurant has a great atmosphere for groups and formal dining. Overall I'd gladly come back!
