Made an appointment for full body 90 minute massage and walked out after waiting 15 minutes for someone to show up. The place itself is not relaxing at all. I was put in the front room and the walls do not reach the ceilings. This means you can hear the door ring every time someone walks in and you can hear what's going on next door. It was not a relaxing environment at all. As I looked around while I was waiting I realized this was not the place for me. The beds are not massage tables either they are twin size beds with no little attachment for your face while you are face down. Instead there's a travel pillow on top of the bed covered in a towel. I would absolutely not recommend this place of you are looking for a relaxing massage. read more

I've gotten some of the best massages ever here. I've had a different masseuse every time and they are all really great at knowing the pressure points and exactly which muscles need to be worked out. I typically make appointments and I am always taken in promptly. They do a great job here. I like that they offer other services such as the body scrubs and facials. Omgosh where do I start. Customer service was great and I was able to get an appt books for Mother's Day weekend which was really nice. I got a couples massage for my mother and I and the massage was nothing short of amazing. They did so great getting all my knots and just made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. The Weatherman and I set up a couples massage for this weekend. I made the appointment via Yelp. Owner Demi was responsive to my appointment request in a timely manner, I also received a reminder text the morning of the appointment. The Salon was clean, quiet and inviting. I have visited several other massage salons in the area and the atmosphere and ambiance alone of this place topped them all. The massages were wonderful! I asked for medium and I didn't get my masseuses name but she was good but next time I'll ask for harder. I always start with medium because I've had massages all over the world and you can't judge a masseuse by their size lol. The Weatherman had a hard massage by Demi and said it was the best he has had in this area. We loved the hot stones too!! We will be back! I was displeased that my massage was cut short 15 minutes, and I was charged for the full 90-minute massage. I am an active person but strained my lower back from hours of shoveling for a landscape project to plant trees and a French drain. Then a long trip (8 hrs) , sit 2 days with a sick grand child, mountain bike 2 days, then travel (21 hrs), and POW!, lower back strain. Surprise. Not really. Walking was out. Tylenol 1000 mg for 3 days was working but can't stretch or exercise. Booked an hour with Amy and she went to work for a solid hour finding a "rope" on my right glute, and multiple knots surrounding my shoulder blade scallops. She asked for 10 more minutes to properly finish and I walked out feeling pretty slinky in my stride!! THANK YOU AMY!!! Rosa Spa Massage is VERY lucky to have you as an employee and if they don't already, should have a profit sharing option for the value you bring to the company's reputation. This time around I can't say it was great, to start I asked for a 90 minute session which I was cut short by 20 minutes. My masseuse kept leaving every 10 minutes for about 5 minutes. I'm almost certain that my masseuse was sick she would cough and sneeze frequently. Advice to the consumer, please look for other options.Advice for the spa please improve on your service. read more

I wish I could've given this a better review. Whenever I come here it usually is good. I came for a foot massage and sad to say it was probably one of the worst massages I've ever received... for starters. They started rubbing my back which I appreciated. But that's not what I asked for then they started going to my feet. They used gloves which I've never had anyone use before at a nice massage. She basically was "jerking my feet off" and throwing my feet around everywhere. She didn't use enough lotion with the gloves so it was friction non stop. Not trying to over exaggerate but it literally was insane. Mind you she was ON HER PHONE. I took off my towel from my eyes and I looked and she was typing away on one hand!! I will not be coming here again. It was just weird and not professional. And they were expecting a higher tip. A tip isn't always given if service isn't good... I even asked her for stronger pressure and it just wasn't good she was lazy and clearly bored feeling the need to text on her phone. Clearly it wasn't good.
