At first appointment, was told if any hyperplasias remained that the machine did not appear to help, she would retreat at no cost. Made a followup appt but only had a facial since I was traveling that week and did not want scabs for 7-10 days. Was told to contact her when I returned so we can retreat what did not respond. Contacted her via website and received canned email in return that they have received my appt request and will get back to me. I have not heard a word since. Very disappointed with no follow through. It is not just the service being provided, but the entire experience including being responsive.

Went in for a consultation two weeks prior and Heather was very thorough and explained how the process works with the Diolaze laser and how many treatments you need, what you should do before and after, as well as which hair works better on etc. She was very professional and made me comfortable throughout the whole process.
