A 1000% markup on something any regular person can buy online. It's one thing if you buy something from a supplier and there is a reasonable markup... but this is straight up insulting! And a lovely policy of no refunds stated right at the bottom of your receipt. Bad service overall, wouldn't size me until they knew I was buying something. And to top it all off the slap in the face that my ring came from Amazon marked up to high heavens.
