Ms. Kathleen sent us pictures of them playing and relaxing when we requested and let us know how they were doing. I'm so thankful that she provides this kind of care for our two so it helps put my anxiety at ease when we have to go out of town. Ms. Kathleen was very knowledgeable and very attentive to our dogs diet and needs. We couldn't be more thankful. :)

We have multiple family members who board their pets here too, and they are even more picky about where they take their pets than we are, so it gets the seal of approval from many people with high standards. We love Country Bound because they offer lots of playtime outside. They also have their own Facebook page, and every morning, they will update it with photos of all the happy pets staying with them. My kids love to check on how our doggie is doing, and see photos of him running around outside. They are also fastidious with the rules that they have set up about fleas/tick prevention and vaccines, which I greatly appreciate. Before they let you come inside, they meet you at your car and check your pet for fleas and ticks, and will make sure that your pet is up to date on their vaccines (you must bring proof of vaccines). They want to make sure all animal guests stay healthy, so I appreciate that they take steps to ensure this. This check-in process is really quick and easy -- we're always in and out in less than five minutes. I never feel bad dropping my dog off for the weekend at Country Bound, because I know he'll be surrounded by lots of people who will take good care of him, and he'll gets lots of attention.

I don't usually post reviews but I'm beyond irritated. we took both of our dogs here after our…read moregroomer got injured and we regretted it the same day.. the girls were very nice but the grooming could improve. our male had a cut in his leg (which I would've appreciated if they mentioned it when I picked them up) I didn't realized until I got home and saw him licking it. it wasn't small, I had to get some medication and a cone to keep it from getting infected since he kept licking it because it was bothering him so much. then I saw our girl had gotten knicked on both of her top nipples and she had two scratches in her tummy from the clippers, its been a week and his cut has not healed. Be careful where you take your pups!
