I am so glad we took a chance and chose this relatively new landscape company! After looking at 4-5 vendors, we were impressed with Daniel's communication, personality, and his willingness to help turn our dream backyard into a reality (cliche but true)! Daniel grew up in the bay and worked with his dad in landscaping since he was young. We admire his passion and his dream to open up his own landscape company to continue that legacy and dismantle the bad rep that contractors/landscapers have. Trust me, we've been burned by previous contractors who left the job unfinished with poor craftmanship. We expressed our concerns to Daniel and he assured us that his team of 4 will be with us from beginning to end. Also, Daniel ensured that we can reach out to him anytime and he'll get back to us. He kept his promise and delivered on that! He responds to all our texts and his crew showed up to our home early EVERYDAY for a week. Our backyard project took no more than 7 days to complete - just as promised! During the design phase, Daniel and his designer Carlos would meet with us in the evenings to go over our design requirements and wants. Along the way Daniel gave ideas/recommendations, which worked out for us. Daniel even went with us to the nursery to pick out the plants. Dream Reality pricing is well aligned with what other vendors were charging, but I think their pricing is more reasonable. Daniel even offered to install lights and other stuff for us free of charge. I saw his ambition to grow his business and build good rapport with his clients. That means a lot to us! Overall our pavers, retaining wall, lawn, rocks, and more turned out amazing. Daniel subbed out the pergola installation and he managed that company and held them to his high standards. We really appreciated that. We never had to worry about any issues regarding "this is *my* crew but that is *their* crew". For small details, he always discussed them with us beforehand. He asked us about them, and he shared his ideas about possible options. He did not just *assume*, make a snap decision, and implement. For this project he did not just *do it TO us*. Daniel was able to transform my backyard from a jungle of weeds, vines, overgrown trees to an open space that is ready for future plantings. We started working with them in May of 2022. We had them work first on the front yard doing pavers and the driveway with pavers. Installed sprinklers and new lawn in the front yard. In the fall we started on the backyard. They gutted the yard of the lawn, patio and fences. They installed a 23 ft X 18ft paver patio, sprinklers and new lawn. They also did the side fence for us including the gate. They were easy to work with. They cleaned the area everyday which made it easy to live with while working. In the end there was no unexpected costs for the project. We've really enjoyed the yards now that they are done and hope to continue working with them for yard maintenance going forward. read more

I first met Daniel as he did service for the facility I share my fence with. I had vines and tree branches going on my side of the backyard coming from the other side of my fence and he did the work and clean up on my side to take care of the issue. I was able to get his contact info then (few months ago) as I had plans of doing some small projects around my back and front yard. Fast forward, he recently worked on my backyard by fixing some the old and rotted support brackets on my fence and on my neighbor's side of the fence. He replaced a couple of the wood panels that were bad and in the future he will also replace more wood panels along the other side of my backyard fence. He also cut down the weeds in my front yard along with trimming some of the plants and cleaning up the gutter area and driveway area that had weeds growing out as well. He also replaced my side entrance gate by building it from scratch and it's now fully functional and new. Turned out great. Lastly, he and his team had assembled the gazebo we bought and also helped with picking up the heavy boxes from the store to transport it to my house. Overall, my wife and I were happy and satisfied with the work they did. They're thorough and would check in with me and involve me in the process. Very reliable and easily able to be reached by text or phone call and responds right away. His team also involves some of his family members and they were pleasant to work with as well and easily approachable. When we spoke a few months ago, he was working on obtaining his license. Now he is fully licensed and insured which was great by the time we were ready to work on our small projects. If you need any front or backyard work, tree services or anything related to outdoor living space, I would highly recommend Daniel and his company and he's easy to work with and very fair and honest.
