Joseph is excellent! he assemble a coat rack and properly installed our ceiling fan.. that fan was all messed up! the other handyman who installed it did not do a good job at all!! but Joseph took it down and re-installed it and made sure it's secured. He also assembled work shelves, fixed and painted our fence in the back yard and front yard and also fixed our sprinkler system. I'm telling you all Joseph is fantastic!!! he does absolutely awesome work, takes pride and ownership in the work he does, very hard working and is honest.... truly a very nice guy! Tasha, Luis, and Hector are the best when it comes into affordable handyman repairs. I was looking to repair both issues in my house: loose door jamb and a very old worn out gate with a loose latch causing the door to open also. Rosario Handyman Service gave me a reasonable quote compare to other competitors. Most businesses wanted me to replace the gate claiming it is unrepairable and the actual door too. I knew nothing needed to be replaced based on Luis' knowledge when he came by and inspect my damages and he gave me a super reasonable price to repair and I save more comparing to replacing it with new door jambs and gates which cost a lot of money. After he came by to check out the damages, I scheduled an appointment right away next week but unfortunately, his truck broke down so he was unable to do business and rescheduled me the next week and him and Hector took care of me. They renovate the gate into like new condition with new white paint and repairing my gate latch. Also, they filled in wood filler in my door jamb a to ensure it won't get loose when I close my door along with leftover paint to cover the cracks. Was very disappointed with the way they handled things when i called them for an issue with the toilet leaking. They came by and found the leaking from the 2 bolts at the bottom of the toilet. Two new bolts and $200 bucks later, the leaking had stopped which I was happy with. But within 24 hours, the toilet started to intermittently fill and flush, so I called them again to have this issue checked and worked on since this hadn't happen before and maybe something got jarred loose or misplaced during the repair. It took 2 weeks after multiple cancellations/reschedules for them to finally come back. This time, they attributed it to the fill valve and swapped it out, and charged me another $75 for it! I am okay with paying for parts but I felt the service charge should have been included in the previous charge ($200 to replace 2 bolts) since we are still dealing with the issue of my toilet. Spoke to the manager, and she was very argumentative and defensive about the situation stating that each issue will be charged separately, and that I should've just replaced the whole toilet in the first place. I would have done so had this been the recommendation on the initial evaluation! It almost feels like if I had gone to a mechanic for a flat tire that was caused by 2 nails, and the mechanic charged me 200 bucks to pull out one nail, and then charges me again when I pointed out the 2nd nail. The manager wasn't very professional about the entire situation, and really made this whole experience unpleasant. I definitely will not work with them again, and wouldn't recommend them. read more
