Smooth process from start to finish. It took an hour for a medium-size car to get waxed. Satisfied with the quick waxed service. Staff were nice and courteous. The bathroom was clean. They had a covered waiting area with 10 chairs. Been coming here for my car and my wife's car if we need a wax or quick wash. Last two (2) car washes, after checking; had to send our car for a second wash since there were spots that weren't cleaned. Recommended if you're looking for a reliable car wash spot. It was disappointing because in the past, arriving shortly before closing was never an issue, and the vacuums stayed on long enough to finish the job. Iker informed me that we could just pull up and that we did. We have gotten our two vehicles washed here since we've purchased them. Located at the rear of the plaza, you can pull up your car sit and wait. There are also food options or a gym nearby if you don't want to sit and wait. Iker and his family run business is a great option if you do not want a mobile detail and are looking for a fast service. The cost to wash only or wash detail both my sedan and SUV is reasonable as well.

Great pressure for wash/rinse. Overall, I think it's a decent value and you get to be in charge of how clean your vehicle is. My only recommendations are: 1) Let us know how much time each of the options on the Credit Card machine relate to. I've kinda figured it out, but I haven't seen any pricing details...so kinda a hit or miss for choosing the right time option. 2) Would be nice to have EXIT ONLY signs on the side of the bays looking at the alley. I've had a couple people try to sneak in when there were people waiting who entered via Garnet. 3) I think over time, the hose lengths for the main sprayer/Brush have reduced a bit (maybe as they fix issues). With a full sized car, it's getting tight to get around the car to all the nooks and crannies. So maybe get some longer hoses...and NGL, I hate the coiled up hose...thankfully I only need it for my wife's car that comes in once a month. But overall, much better than other self serve washes I've visited throughout SD/OC.

Today was the last straw. Came in for the $49.99 bucket wash, got quoted $59.99 -- turns out they tried charging my sedan at SUV pricing. When I called it out, instead of correcting it, the guy pivoted to pitching a wax coating add-on. Then came the mat upsell -- pushed hard on paying extra to "wash" my mats, when vacuuming already comes standard and is all silicone mats actually need. I shouldn't have to fight for a fair price every single time I come in. Between the constant upcharges and deflection tactics, it's clear this is standard practice here, not a one-off mistake. Loyal customer no more.
