It's a little tricky to get to this car wash, there is only one entrance and exit. I got the package that included interior and exterior. Price was reasonable, on point for most drive thru car washes. The pre-scrub guys seemed thorough. I can't say that due the guys that clean the inside and dried of my Jeep. This was late Friday morning. I didn't have a ton of time because I was on my way to the airport. They didn't do a thorough job. I had to ask them to vacuum the trunk space and clean out my cup holders. As I drove away I saw pet hair on the door panel and some dust in my power window buttons. The intake guy told me the #3 Exterior wash did include cleaning inside windows. I wasn't going to pay $21-23 for exterior wash only. Heal it in a lowered voice. I found out later per manager he was be ig recorded. He said 'exterior wash' loudly. He is being recorded. I went through the cycle and then pulled to the vacuum area. I went to ATM inside to get tip money. Nobody came to my car but the manager. He said the exterior wash didn't include inside. I told him the intake guy said it included ckeaning the inside windows. He basically said I was a liar. We walked over to the intake guy and he denied it. Unfortunately I started cursing, upset and was asked to leave. Which I did. I came back with sign to protest A. The intake guy lied to get my business B. The manager said I was lying. He said he records the conversations Inferribg ut will prove I was lying. I told him to play it back. He refused. I've been coming to this car wash for years and have always had great experiences. Recently, I brought in my Porsche for a mini detail due to some kind of overspray. When I got home, I noticed a few spots that still needed attention and honestly felt a bit disappointed. He could tell I was a little frustrated and immediately went out of his way to make things right. Not only did he resolve the issue--he exceeded my expectations. What truly impressed me was that Allan didn't just fix the problem--he also followed up with his entire team to prevent it from happening again. It's clear he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in his business. Out of the hundreds of visits I've made, this was the only time something was off--and even then, the way it was handled reminded me why I keep coming back. If you're thinking about getting a detail, I highly recommend them. And if something's not perfect, just talk to them--they'll take care of you. I spent over $40.00 for a car wash. I go often but it has gotten to the point that I will make other car washing decisions. The car had spots they chose to not rub off. I brought it to their attention and they wiped off. The inside was terrible. Vacuuming was terrible. The door grab handles were not wiped. The center console was not wiped. They did not dry it well. Very disappointing and dissatisfied. Will not be going back. I was so angry at myself for not saying anything to them. Their prices keep going up though. NO, not happening anymore. read more

I took my car to be washed & prior to it entering the cleaning facility, a worker inspected my car & removed the antenna & pushed both mirrors in. Unfortunately, upon exiting the wash it was apparent my driver's side mirror had been knocked off its track & was hanging loose. One of the employees listened to why I knew it wasn't previously damaged & was willing to try & repair it. However, Alan, the general manager would not allow that. I ended up having to pay a mechanic to repair it... & it was a simple fix. This business could have earned a customer for life, but instead chose a lack of professional concern & refused any accountability. That's what we'd say is penny wise, but pound foolish. read more

I was expecting a standard automated car wash, I was not expecting so much hands-on service! I was very impressed! For only $13.99, two people wash my car, and it still went through the automated wash process, and then one person made sure to towel dry my car after the air dry process. This is probably the best drive thru car washes I ever had and so affordable. I will definitely be going back. This is going to be my new place for car washes. This has been my go-to car wash for years now. Despite how busy it always is, these guys do a great job! I'm always satisfied with a basic interior and exterior wash for about $28. The inside of my car is always thoroughly vacuumed and polished. The prices have raised, but it is still one of the more affordable washes in town. If you paid extra for interior cleaning, you then get out of the car so they can clean the inside. The total cost without tip was $36 and some change. For that price, I expected a much cleaner car than I received. While the interior was cleaned well, the exterior was noticeably lacking. Later that day, I had something else done to the car, and the person working on it even commented that it could use a wash. read more

Anyone who goes there can't miss the oder. It was so bad so strong it created a depressive aura of death. It far surpassed any chemical so no one try to gaslight me it was all I could think about the whole time the Oder was inside my car until I was several blocks away I didn't want to open the windows cause I didn't want to streak them so I suffered till I was half way home and even now as I rage review either a faint smell of it on my clothes or from my memory in my traumatized mind, I can't tell which. I drive by uptown semi often and I'm guessing it will be years before I ever go there again let alone not think of death every time I drive by. The smell is such a unique smell that takes me back in time to last time I smelt that I can't recall any details but that smell ground into decades past when I was in another country or a side street in TJ. read more

Brought my brand new car in for a cleaning and found that a huge scratch had been left on the center console. Upon bringing this to the manager's attention (Jorge), he apologized and had me fill out an incident report for the general manager. The next day the GM (Alan K) denied responsibility for the damage and had the audacity to accuse us of not paying for our car wash--which, btw, customers are required to pay beforehand so this idea isn't even possible. Service has been declining here over the years. My last experience solidified me seeking elsewhere to get a car wash. The prices have gotten out of control for the service they are providing, I paid $42 for a machine to wash the exterior and for a less than mediocre interior wipe down. My car still had dust everywhere , on console, seats and panels. When I called and complained the man at the other end of phone said if I wanted a more thorough job I would have to get it detailed. Are you kidding me? I'm no expert but i think $42 should get you a nice thorough interior wipe down. I took my time with this when I should've moved a little quicker. I have learned that we have elements in our environment that damage our car's paint. Enters Manny, Manny listened to all my concerns and walked me through everything I wanted evaluated and taken care of. Manny recommended a clay wax to give my car that smooth finish and added extended wax coating which is good for 9-12 months. I can't express enough how happy I am with the work Manny put into my car detail and made sure I was satisfied.
