Rosati's Pizza website says they close at 10pm. I called to place a delivery order at 9:30 and they said they're closed and the last delivery goes out at 9:30. Understandable for delivery. My Husband called back to order for pick up and the same employee said they were closed and weren't taking orders. I ordered at 6:36 on a Saturday night, over an hour wait time, but it got here within the hour. Fantastic delivery, but I'd assume I got lucky. Also The Cheef is amazing, best italian beef I've ever had, hands down. The garlic bread really pulls the sandwich together, and by the way, it was still HOT when I got it 45 minutes later... the way the hot peppers and the mozzarella melt into the beef is just perfect! Food was alright, and people were friendly. However I was not a fan of their breadsticks, they are fried and come sitting in grease. Also their sweet peppers for their beef were super sweet, tasted like they were rolled in sugar. But their pizza is good. read more

When we called to have the driver run these over for us, we are not that far down the road, they told us they would NOT run us the food and WE NEEDED TO PICK IT UP. The pizza is mediocre,but being it is only 1.5 miles from my house I order for the convenience. Most times I drive to pick up the pizza. Tonight after a long day at work, I was feeling lazy and ordered for a delivery. Placed an order on line for delivery. Didn't know they were closed. Never got the pizza and they charged my credit card. Went there to get it straightened out. Was told someone would call me. No call.. called them twice and was finally told 2 days later they couldn't process the credit at that location. I was told to call the Minooka store. The manager wouldn't speak to me. The food is great. Always has been. The service is sub-par at best. For some reason, they are incapable of reading instructions. I specifically request my pizza to be square cut, and despite those instructions being on the ticket, they always cut it triangle. It's beyond frustrating. Rosati's has usually been very diligent about getting orders out. I have always loved them, even when my order has arrived wrong or cold. DO NOT DO ONLINE ORDERING. They collected my money and never brought my food. I called, wondering where my order is, and they said they never got an order. When speaking to the manager, all he could tell me was that I probably messed up and ordered at the wrong one. Nope. I had the right one. Even said so on my bank account. I had to file a dispute and wait over 100 days just for my BANK to refund me, because the manager said he wouldn't refund me. He was somewhat unprofessional on the phone and continued to blame it on me. Seems like he needs to talk to his I.T. guy about his online ordering collecting funds and him "not receiving" them. I'll only be calling my orders in from now on. read more

Ordered beef sandwiches for dinner tonight with onion rings and mozzarella sticks. Worse meal ever! Beef was mushy and cold. Cheese wasn't even melted. The onion rings were grease soaked and mozzarella sticks too. Sandwiches were one of the good things they had because pizza is awful and tasteless. Its all about locations as these are franchises. Its amazing the difference between Channahon and Manhattan. This is the best Rosatis I've ever had. 2 orders of the pastas and feed 4 easily for $20. The pizza is great. The cheef is great. Nice young people running it. Refreshing to see that. Even when the phone person is busy, a cook will run over and check you out. Really not happy with this location, I've lived out here for 11 years and on numerous occasions the delivery time was way over an hour, sometimes damn near 2 hours!!! Especially since I live 2 miles away. Seems they could hire better drivers or MORE of them.
