Normally a decent experience but today's experience wrecked their reputation in my book. I place a small order, two items, and over an hour later, still nothing. I call them up. The manager tells me the food just left. Ok, fine. A half hour later still no food and I am growing impatient. I decide to call them back as it is now almost 90 minutes since I placed my order for just two things. That's when it hits the fan. I GET HUNG UP ON! I call back a third time and am on hold forever probably because I asked to "immediately speak to a manager." Meanwhile the food comes and I tell the delivery guy to take the food back, tell the manager I don't want it, and I certainly am not paying for it. Thank you, good bye. Meanwhile the manager has decided to pick up the phone finally and instead of offering me solutions offers me excuses. What excuse is there? It's chicken fingers and fries. This takes less than 10 minutes to cook. Why is it 90 minutes later I still don't have my food? Between the manager lying, being hung up on, and then being offered up a ton of excuses, it's pretty clear this place doesn't give a sh*t about the customer. Turn and burn business for sure. My wife and I have eaten in the restaurant several hundred times since it opened. During this time the restaurant's manager/head waitress, named Gina, ensured the food from the kitchen was first rate. Or she made it right and took it off the bill. Gina left several months ago and the restaurant has become sloppy and unprofessional. The wait staff has a marginal attitude at best, makes plenty of mistakes, and doesn't check to food coming out of the kitchen to make certain it is correct. If we have a problem I now get up and walk directly into the kitchen because the wait staff does not watch the dining room. Finally we find mistakes on the bill that need to be corrected. Entered the restaurant and right away the customer service was TERRIBLE! Walked in as the manager was yelling at one of the employees about how she had the counter. Not to mention it took 5 minutes for someone to even acknowledge us and seat us. After sitting down, we had like two servers come to our table not knowing which one was going to be our server for the night. Now I am pissed, obviously I have time to write this review because after waiting for ONE HOUR for our food, we still have to wait. They messed up our complete dinner. I had out of town friends visiting and they wanted really good pizza. I had been to this venue pre-Covid and was very satisfied. This time, I was wowed. The breadsticks with marinara were the best I've ever had. Soft gooey cheese with a delicious garlic sauce. We got lucky as it was half price wine day and and enjoyed a very good wine at a sale price. The pizza was as delicious as I recall. My out-of-towers are gone, but I'll be back with local friends.
