Second time we ordered from this pizza place. First time we waited 2 hours for our pizza, said they were backed up and then they burned the one pizza. Had to wait for the second to be cooked again. This time when we ordered, I didn't look at the pizza before I brought it home. Didn't order olives, but they put olives as they said were there signature markers, but there were a lot of them. We do not like olives at all and not on pizza. The crust was thin crust and bland to taste. Ended up throwing it away. Called to state we were unhappy about the pizza. Stated she would let her manager know. Said she would make another one but I was not going to drive back to get it after a long day of work. No more chances for me with this place...sorry. read more

Just when I thought I had already found the best gluten free pizza, this place opens. The pizza is amazing. From the sauce to the crispy crust, it stands out among others. My favorite is the spinach topping, they don't just sprinkle the leaves on, it has been seasoned and cooked beforehand to offer a luscious pie. They started in the spring and being able to survive our summer, you know they will make it. I fear when season hits, this place will be only take out for us. They already have several customers reserving tables on a weekly basis. The decor is not the kind of place you will have to beg your wife to come. It is warm, one side stoned wall, tasteful bar counter. There are black and white images on the walls that would make your interior designer smile. Happy for these owners from Chicago. They are already considering the expansion to next door. Located in the older strip mall off highway 41, across from Publix, this pizza joint will stand out. I originally had the small deep dish and it was totally awesome The next time we had the same pizza but we had the large this time. For some reason it wasn't as good - it feels like the dough perhaps didn't scale well with the size increase. Next time we'll go back to the small to see if it was a scale issue. read more

I'm a winter resident of Naples. Tried Rosati's 2 weeks ago only because it's close to where I live. Due to the Coronavirus I was told to just pull up and they would bring my pizza to my car. When I arrived a very nice, polite girl brought out my pie and thanked me for my business. Nice. Got home and my partner and I dove in. Excellent pizza. Really, really good. This past weekend we got together with 2 neighbors in our building and, once again, ordered from Rosati's. We bought 3 different types of pizzas and all were very, very good. I like the thin crust. You can really appreciate the toppings when they're not competing with the dough. Rosati's uses high quality ingredients. Headed back to NY this Saturday but I'll return next fall and will be sure to order more pizza from this nice family. read more

This is just a simple, excellent restaurant. It was spotless clean, the food was fresh and the marinara sauce was some of the best I've eaten. The waitress was slammed busy while a teenage employee was busy on his cell phone, not sure if he was "delivery only" or what but he made the place look bad. The sole waitress did an amazing job while he sat around... So far, eaten in Naples at 4 places and this was easily the best. I have never been treated so rudely and condescendingly in any restaurant. Four adults ordered a takeout pizza then changed our minds to dine in however to our shock we were told by management that we could not dine in due them experiencing customer game playing and not tipping of their r servers in such scenarios. Visiting friends in Naples and wanted to try the Rosatis as we have a couple in our chicago suburbs, it put those to shame.Could not believe how spotless and bright, the restaurant was. My friend and I went there for Italian Beef sandwiches. First of all, they were real skimpy on the beef. We were eating more bread than beef. Secondly, the waitress was terrible. We ordered beef sandwiches with sweet peppers on top and hot peppers on the side. She dropped off the food, then disappeared. Our hot peppers on the side were not there. When she reappeared, I told her about the missing peppers, did she get them for us? Nope. She didn't even refill our iced teas, all she did was drop off the check. Great food BUT, maybe need to just be a lunch place. One web site states Saturday nite open till 8:30pm and other site till 8pm. Walk in before 8pm and was told they are open till 8pm BUT, Kitchen closes at 7:30pm. REALLY!!!!!! Your in Naples Florida on EST time. Must be making to to much money or need to go find 8 to 5 job. The pizza is great here but some of the worst customer experience I've ever experienced. After screwing up our pizza on Christmas Eve, they said they would comp for a new pizza. When we ordered it, they charged extra and were extremely condescending in their fake explanation. After telling them what was wrong in a stern voice, one of the employees yelled at me. There's no need to take out frustrations on customers and act like you're doing the world a favor. They also said "well they ate the whole first pizza" which isn't even true since we are vegetarians and their screw up was pepperoni all over the pizza. My first review was great and the pizza is still very good however the last two visits including tonight were not up to expectations. Last Vist ordered 2 thin crust XL gave me one XL one small tonight they were super busy and order was correct but 2nd pizza was way over cooked and not enjoyable.
