I was a walk in and ordered at 1:13 pm, received my food at 1:56 pm. There were 3 customers ahead of me. I had the pulled pork and chicken plate, with fries and baked beans. The beans and meat were awesome, the mustard sauce is very good and the fries were very salty. Ran out of ribs at 1:13 in the afternoon, someone needs to plan better. If you only have an hour for lunch go some where else. Also, I wasn't the only one to complain about the wait time. Apparently they had call in orders ahead of me. The food is usually really good, but the wait times are always around 45min and it doesn't matter if they are packed or absolutely dead. Today, we waited over an hour for some so-so food, no updates on how long things were going to be (e.g. "Hey, we're really behind and it will be another 15min), no apology for the wait when finally being served, and now I don't think we'll be going back. I almost always get their Reuben and it is usually excellent, but today it tasted a bit off and I think it had been sitting under a heat lamp for a while.
