It was a hot day and I was on my way to a nearby store when I spotted their sign and thought it was just what I needed. The young women working here were very efficient, cheerful, and interacted with customers in a friendly manner. I looked over the ice cream and mix-in choices and decided on a medium sized ('Love It") scoop of coffee ice cream with crumbled Heath Bar mixed in. Yes, the Heath Bar still exists; there is a cult of us that still like it. I watched as the spatulas slapped the ice cream mercilessly, combining the Heath Bar crumbles thoroughly within it. It was done in a couple minutes and I was out the door. There is no indoor seating but the food court has a lot of outdoor seating, most of it shaded. I sat and enjoyed the light, sweet flavor of the coffee ice cream and sweet toffee/chocolate crumbles mixed within. I prefer a deeper flavor of coffee ice cream but this was certainly still a delicious treat. Until recently the folks in Foothill Ranch only had a B&R for their ice cream so this is a welcome addition to the community.
