I've tried a bunch of desserts and different cake flavors from NikooCake and honestly, everything has been amazing. I've also had a few of her cakes, and every single one was fresh, moist, and just really delicious. What really stood out too were the cake decorations, they're not just pretty, they're artistically beautiful. You can tell a lot of care and love goes into everything she makes. Definitely a 5-star spot if you're into high-quality, beautiful cakes and desserts. I'll for sure be ordering again and again.

Spectacular purple geode cake for Grandma's 90th birthday!

Amazing! Nikoo is a true artist, and so sweet to work with!!! I ordered a geode cake for my grandmother's 90th birthday and everyone was blown away by how beautiful it was. It was extra special because my grandma has a huge gem and rock collection, we displayed the cake next to a gigantic (real) purple geode. Grandma gasped when she saw the cake, and almost forbid us from cutting it because she said it was too pretty to eat . The cake was delicious and it made the party so special. I took a wedding cake decorating class with Nikoo, and had a wonderful experience. I had never worked with fondant before, and she thoroughly demonstrated how to approach draping and paneling cakes. I'm so happy my mom found Nikoo's cake. The cake was not only gorgeous it was delicious. I've never seen wedding guest eat all of the cake at a wedding ever. At our wedding it was gone and fast. They loved it. Not only was the cake perfect in every way. Working with Nikoo was so easy & relaxing. She truly is a master of her work. She made me and my (now) husband feel comfortable with her. She is very easy to get a hold of as well. Text, Call or Email. The delivery was seamless, she delivered at the time she had said & she even sent me a photo of it all set up. I really appreciated the photo she sent because I was so busy with hair & makeup I wouldn't have been able to see it until later. Meet the Business Owner: Nikoo V.

Hello Everyone! My name is Nikoo, and I am the owner, cake designer, and pastry chef instructor of NikooCake. I've been in this industry since 2009. I can't tell you how much I love my job. When I was a teenager, I used to watch my mom when she was cooking or baking. Our home always smelled of delicious food and desserts. In 2009, I started taking some private baking classes, and accepting orders at the same time. Then in 2013, I decided to go to an advanced culinary school then after 2 years I graduated with 2 certificates of advanced culinary art and catering program. I’ve worked at a high-end resort called Resorts at Pelican Hills in Newport Beach, a bakery called Susiecakes in Laguna Niguel, and a private culinary school as a pastry chef instructor. Now NikooCake with tons of creative ideas can be part of your big events.

Since going, we've had the time changed 4 times all on Saturday. As any parent can attest to, messing around with nap times is a huge PITA. You could make the argument that she was being cautious not letting him swim without his mom because she felt he wasn't ready. However, he had been swimming without my wife for over a year already. We had been going to another swim school because she stated there weren't any slots open and weren't seeing much progress with her. The last complaint I have is that we never got what we paid for. The class started 10 minutes late and ended 5 minutes early. For a 30 minute class that's essentially half the class she spent chatting with the class prior, snacking, or ending it so she could snack. That's very unprofessional and should be something she baked into her schedule versus taking time in the class.

LOVED the cake, we ordered vanilla cake with Swiss chocolate buttercream (since we didn't want our cake to be too sweet) and it was exactly what we wanted. It was a tad bit dry, wish it was a little more moist but when we conveyed that to her she was very open to feedback and replied with "next time I know your preference so will make it accordingly" so please mention that to her if that's your requirement. She was very easy to work with, gave us exactly what we wanted, was quick to respond. Gave a taste of the buttercream so we were very delighted to work with her.
