I have never ever left a negative review on anything. However, I have no choice but to do so as well as warn others. I bought a $300 bouquet from here ($300 ON SALE) and when I received it, I was shocked. I bought it for a friends birthday and would be embarrassed to give it to her. The roses are tiny and not opened even though they are advertised as XL, they look smooshed, there are glue strands all on top, the colors were not accurately depicted, and just all around looks cheap. I have bought gorgeous bouquets from Venus Et Fleur and have never had an issue. I should have stuck with what I know. I then emailed them asking to exchange since I'm unhappy and after I sent a photo they requested more. So I sent more and they never responded. Days later I reached out again, and they said they stand behind their roses but they see nothing wrong with them and will not be helping me. I was shocked at the response. It was very very rude. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!! Roses are cheap quality and customer service is atrocious. I'm not out $300 as these roses aren't even good enough quality to keep for myself and display in a bathroom. My cousin recently moved into a new apartment with his boyfriend, so I wanted to send him a welcome-to-town bouquet. I went online and came across Rose Box NYC. The following day I visited their TriBeCa store. Upon entering, I was impressed by the overall look of the boutique. Second, their face-to-face customer service was wonderful. The girl that helped me was approachable, knowledgeable of the products, and considerate of my budget. She helped me select a beautiful arrangement that I knew my cousin and his boyfriend would love (I went with a velvet black rose bouquet). It took about 20 mins for the florist to assemble, and in the meantime I window-shopped for myself on their couch. I had an excellent experience at Rose Box NYC and although I love the convenience of online shopping, their in-person customer service was definitely memorable. I will definitely be returning next season, and I will be referring my friends and colleagues to this place. I cannot recommend Rose Box NYC enough. read more

I'd placed two orders of rose boxes to be sent to clients overseas in England on Christmas. After placing the orders I contacted the company asking for custom labeling on the boxes with our company logo. They had to charge me additional $15 (which was pretty good value for customized gifts to place our logo on it!). After they had shipped the boxes they provided me with DHL tracking numbers. First order got to its destination within 3 days! Which was amazing! The second order took 5 days, I had originally had concerns it might get delayed in customs, the first package went through immediately and the second had a day delay. The reactions from my clients getting the box of roses that "last a year" were well worth the amount I spent on it!!! The reason I'm writing this review now, is that we had a site visit with one of my clients and the roses was still there! almost 5 months after sending them! When I walked into RoseBox, I was greeted with a genuine smile and a nice young woman named Einat who assured me she was there to meet my needs for my upcoming baby shower (the one of many COVID babies...). I'm not even talking about the quality of flowers or the astonishing final finish of that day yet...the number one reason I am giving them 5 starts is because of the experience I had immediately with Einat. I could tell that she was passionate about her job and was borderline ecstatic to help me plan my big day. The final finish was more than what my family and I could have imagined for our now 3 month old daughter. These are the most beautiful flowers I have ever seen! I have been seeing these flowers float around Instagram by different bloggers and I couldn't wait to get my hands on one and I finally did! I got the bright pink ones. I'm not exactly sure of the name of the color at this very moment. They were delivered in three days which was extremely fast especially considering I ordered them on a Sunday! They came in a very sturdy box and not one petal was out the place. They were extremely vibrant and full of color. None of the petals had turned colors or anything. The box they sit in is nice and strong. They smell absolutely amazing and I can't wait to have these beautiful flowers sit on my table for an entire year!!! read more

I had a problem with my initial order not arriving on time for Valentine's Day. The company attributed the problem to a software error which showed the product I chose as available when it was already sold out. The company reached out to me and overnighted me an upgraded flower box which was absolutely gorgeous. They even followed up again by phone to make sure I was fully satisfied with the flowers I received. I chalk up the original delivery problem to growing pains of a new company. After getting the flowers and dealing with their customer service who clearly wanted to make sure I was fully satisfied I would recommend Rose Box to anyone who wants a beautiful arrangement of roses that will last. read more

I usually don't write reviews, but after receiving these gorgeous flowers I had to share my experience. I am a huge flowers fan, and my apartment always been full with fresh flowers. My husband got me "Rose box" flowers for our anniversary, and I couldn't believe how gorgeous these flowers are. They are so real and luxurious looking, and fit perfectly in our bedroom. I saw in the past some other companies' flowers, and they were pretty "fake" looking, and not well arranged (pardon my perfectionism). Rose Box NYC came through when the flowers I were looking for as Valentine's Day gifts couldn't be found anywhere else! I truly wish I had pictures of every item I ordered. The items I purchased were gifts for myself and family Words cannot even begin to express how they went above & beyond to make sure I had everything I needed for everyone. However after many thoughts as I do not like to complain I decided to contact RoseBox (I did send pictures as I felt it was fair). Within a very very short time Anne a lovely lady contacted me and promised to rectify the situation. She apologized and said the owner was also very involved!!
