Absolutely unacceptable experience with Rose Brand, specifically with sales rep Michael Cucciarre Michael was incredibly condescending from the very beginning. Every time I asked a question to better understand the process, I was treated like an imbecile. His tone was demanding, impatient, and flat out rude. To make things worse, he repeatedly placed me on hold mid sentence, and the call would suddenly cut to hold music or drop entirely. This happened multiple times, and rather than taking responsibility, he blamed me for the connection issues. As the conversation went on, his attitude only got worse. Eventually, I snapped and reminded him that we were preparing to spend nearly fifteen thousand dollars on equipment and the very least he could do was treat me with basic respect. I openly admitted I was not an expert and needed help. Instead, I was met with hostility and pressure. After that exchange, Michael sent a half-hearted peace offering in the form of a discount, but by then the damage was done. I requested a new sales rep and was thankfully connected with Mariana Slutzky, who was the COMPLETE opposite and a breath of fresh air. Professional, helpful, and patient. Not only did she treat me like a customer, but the revised order ended up being significantly cheaper than what Michael had quoted. It became very clear that he was upselling me on items I did not need. Despite Mariana's help, I ultimately decided to go with a local company that valued my business and offered better pricing. When I called Rosebrand the next morning to cancel, I was told I would be charged a 25% restocking fee. A ridiculous policy given how poorly I had been treated. Still, I agreed to it, chalking it up to the cost of doing business with the wrong person (Cucciarre). Then came the refund. Not only did they deduct the restocking fee, which was about $1,000, but they also charged me for shipping on items that never shipped. I had to chase them down again, and only today did they admit their mistake and agree to refund the extra amount. This entire experience was a mess from start to finish. If you are considering working with Rosebrand, do not deal with Michael Cucciare unless you enjoy being talked down to, ignored, and overcharged. If you do choose this company, I highly recommend you know exactly what you want before calling, because asking for help apparently is not welcome here. Zero out of ten. Never again. read more
