Upon return was told that price was "variable" based on when they take a look at what the project was. NOOOOOOOO. Not what I discussed and negotiated with the person I called. So that took ANOTHER 15 min to take care of that matter. The 2 guys were super nice - I paid what I was quoted. They picked up all their trash, work, tools. He scheduled and coordinated all the work, ensured every little detail was taken care of, communicated with us clearly and effectively, and immediately rectified any minor issues that came up. We were so happy with how the work was progressing that we added additional work to the scope, and he accommodated it without hesitation and without it affecting our promised timeline.
