After reading the great reviews I was expecting some incredible donuts. But I found them to be dry, and too sweet. It could just be that I prefer light donuts with more flavor. But I wasn't a fan of the texture, and they definitely tasted dry. My order was always ready on time, and the employees were always very friendly. The shop is attractive. The donuts were large and attractively decorated. But in my opinion they didn't taste as good as they looked.

I did, however apologize...twice. Basically, she refused my apology and complained that I was holding up her line. I also tried twice to give her my card to pay as I wasn't asking for anything for free. Was just frustrated that my order hadn't gone through again.
