I usually go to BJ's nails and spa but last time I felt BJ's nails rushed my nails so I thought I'd give a different place to try "Rose nails 2" which was a horrible idea that that's what I get for being picky. I was charged $120 for just my nails for French tips. They charge you by the link I got the same exact nails here that I got at BJ's and it was only $80 at BJ's. They weren't rushed, but they were not done right either. I just got my nails done Sunday. It's Wednesday and I already feel like some of them are loose BJ's however they may be a little rushed, but they lost me over a month. Paint is already chipping! I would gladly go back to BJ's nails because even though it feels like they're a rush, I'd rather pay $60-$80 for my nails not looking perfect being a little rushed & lasting very long rather than paying over $100 for French tips that already feel like they're going to come off read more

Went to Rose Nails today to get a pedicure. It was a nice place but it was way too hot to get comfortable. It had to be over a hundred degrees and the poor people working there looked like they were ready to pass out. Where were the owners? Doesn't anyone care about how hot this place is? The service itself was wonderful, Yesenia did a great job and was very professional and kind. However, the temperature inside the salon was unbearable. It felt like the AC wasn't working at all, and it was so hot that I ended up with a heat rash. It honestly felt unsafe to be in there for that long under those conditions. As much as I appreciated the quality of the service, I won't be returning because of the extreme heat. Honestly, I liked my nail gal and she was nice. I went in for a manicure, however I haven't gone in a very long time and was shocked to hear a regular manicure (30 minutes tops) was $30! With tip- $40. Had it on Thursday evening. By Saturday polish was chipping nails were snagging...certainly not worth the cost. Their prices are way too high for a polish. Maybe everybody is charging these kind of prices, but even as a luxury item it should last longer than 35 hours. read more

I still believe most of the "licenses" are fake or somone else's because there's no way so many mistakes can be made and the tech not know it was a mistake. 3. I was a walk in. Waited 15 min, which was great, but then sat sideways on the foot chair waiting for anyone to say hello or even turn the water on. Waited 30 min. 4. Literally watched them drain the foot tub, spray it with something in an unlabeled bottle and walk away. New client was seated not 5 min later. No cleaning, no wiping.... 5. When I told the girl I had changed my mind she tried to charge me anyway. I wasn't there long enough to take off my shoes! I just walked out with her yelling at me. Went to get a manicure. Brought my own gel polish base coat and top coat in. My nails were cut and not shaped. Cuticles barely done. I was charged 40.00 dollars. On top of it I had to come home and file my nails do to them being sharp and not shaped. My husband asked why they were sharp and not smooth. I think a service should not be rushed and should be thorough. This is not the first time. I would not of gone except someone gave me a gift certificate. So much pain! These people are not the friendliest and are so so very aggressive with your nails. I was happy with the way they looked but they hurt very badly after getting them done. After paying over $90 for a pedicure and full set, I was surprised they didn't even touch my cuticles. I'm realizing maybe it was best that way because everything else they did hurts. No massage, no cuticle oil, nothing to make you feel pampered. Though my nails looks decent, the pain is unbearable and will be returning tomorrow to get this removed. Being from out of town, i needed to find a salon for a fill, im so glad my friend recommended Rose 2. Although constantly busy and buzzing, everything is coordinated. My short wait is like everywhere else, but here was filled with seeing how everyone that works there has an upbeat attitude and enjoy being there; waiting area constantly filled, but just as that clients were being called and people leaving as others coming in just the same. I just realized I posted on my other account and I'm still disgusted and didnt post a picture. Let me get started by saying DO NOT GO HERE. I went for a gel pedi and an acrylic mani. I would have been better off chewing off my toe nails with my mouth. (Look at picture below). If you want the caveman special be my guest. They left about a centimeter of nail on my toenail bed. They had me SICK. And I'm not even done. They began doing my moms finger nails while she was on the pedicure chair. My mom had long beautiful natural nails but still wanted acrylic nails. Without asking they began to chop them off. After they tried to get started on my nails I said that I wanted acrylic and she said they didnt have time and so I turned around to my mom who was getting her MANI done in the pedicure chair and said she wants acrylic too and We both never wanted gel to begin with. Without even looking up or stopping she said that it was too bad because she had already finished cutting her cuticles and that she was going to charge us regardless. Then to top it all off they were going to do the gel nails with whatever color they chose until I stopped them. It was a HORRIBLE experience! I will never return every again. My point is, they will do whatever they want. Not what you ask and even if you ask theyre going to go ahead and ignore you AND they will leave you with a 95% toe 5% nail ratio and mix match. I prefer coming to Rose Nails 2 instead of the original Rose Nails because the shop is bigger and they have a better selection of gel polishes. I came in with no appointment in the morning and was seated at a station right away. The guy who did my nails was very patient with my indecisive self as I contemplated between chrome colors. I ended up choosing a silver chrome color and he proceeded to give me a gel fill. Right before he put on the polish, I changed my mind about the chrome and decided to get holographic nails instead since I'm going to a festival this weekend (Yay!). There were some technical difficulties with my left hand because the holo glitter wouldn't apply properly and the nail tech ended up having to redo my left hand FOUR times. I stayed at the salon for 2 hours but I really appreciate how much time he spent on my nails to make them perfect instead of giving up. There's usually a $10 charge to do glitter/chrome nails but he waived the cost and only charged me the regular price of $25 because it took so long. I didn't get his name but I definitely recommend coming to Rose Nails because their nail techs really care about customer satisfaction! They bait and switched me with disgusting bright aged yellow glitter when I chose a pretty beige glitter, and left my nails UNFILED, thick, misshapen and during the wax for my feet she burnt me BADLY. I called them the next day about how I hated the color and it wasn't what I chose, and they agreed to do a color change to fix it. They close an hour later than Rose Nails 1. Well, they lied. When she shows up at 5pm they tell her they are no longer accepting customers.
