This is the sweetest, coolest, girliest shop I've visited for a mani and pedi - ever! As a retired decorator, the interior vibe of any place I visit gets a look "up and down" for approval, or not...in my mind. This got 2 thumbs up for style. It's super clean with soft pinks and whites that are so feminine and inviting. I wished I would have gotten the names of the ladies that pampered me but I was too busy relaxing and taking a little snooze while getting a sumptuous leg massage. I don't typically get my nails done professionally but after my 2nd visit last week, no doubt I'll be coming more often. The price was totally reasonable and although I got the regular polish it lasted a very ling time. I'm posting a picture, although yes I don't have the cutest feet and toes (hey, no judgement), they did a WONDERFUL job on making my toes look the best they have every looked. Lots of colors to select from, very comfy reclining chairs and just as important, the staff was so friendly and helpful. I called for an appointment and was booked right away. I visited the salon for the first time this morning around 10am and was able to sit right down for a pedicure. The salon was bright and comfortable and I had great service from the moment I walked in the door. My technician today was Denise and I did the spa pedicure. Denise was fantastic! She checked in to ask how short I liked my nails, shape preferences and ticklish spots. She also checked in to ask if there was sensitivity around the big toe nail so that she was aware if I had any ingrown nails. I really appreciated her insightful questions. She was good to either let me goof around on my phone or later on we chatted a little bit. She respected whatever I was feeling like at the time. I'm so excited to have a spa pedicure salon so close to home! It cost about $5 more than a pedicure at a cheap place but I felt it was absolutely worth it for the superior service and easy communication with my technician. I love a wonderful experience at a nail salon and I was not disappointed! Since I saw the sign go up I've been intrigued. You can't miss it, huge sign close to the road on 49 in Harrisburg. If you're familiar with Harrisburg it's the same place where Harrisburg Florist used to be. Except it's totally renovated. Sufficient parking, ramp as well as stairs. As soon as I walked in, couldn't help but smile it's so cute and the vibe is good. Immediate multiple greetings. No wait time on a Thursday afternoon. The owner,Rosie, checked me in with a smile and Denise provided my service. Denise was fabulous. Aside from being a great nail tech, she was kind and personable. I always worry about judgment when someone new is doing my nails because I have some dermatological issues but not with Denise. She checked in with me throughout to make sure I was happy with what she was doing. She shared how focused the owners are on sanitation (owner used to work for the health dept). I got a gel manicure and she shaped my nails perfectly. She really cares about the quality of her work. She noticed a bubble (that I did not see) and did my nail over! The interior is decorated in various shades of pink, they have a few items for sale, there's a separate room for pedicures, plans to add on services and they offer non-alcoholic beverages. Competitive prices ($35 for a gel manicure) They are open Monday through Saturday, closed Sundays. Close at 7pm. You can tell when you are in a great establishment that cares about its customers when you pay attention to how the employees speak about it and treat one another. Denise told me about her time there (it opened in January so it's fairly new) and what she liked most: the owners spent a great deal of time in her interview focusing on customers, their value of customers and how to treat customers. Love it! Denise not only stated that she enjoyed working with her colleagues but it showed in everyone's interactions that this was a happy place to work and they had a great deal of respect for their boss. Not surprising because when I had a chance to talk with Rosie when she checked me out she gave me the story of the salon. If you're looking for a nail salon, look no further. Check them out, meet Rosie, ask for the story and get a tissue. I was so pleased with my experience I'm pretty sure I skipped out the door. Took my mother-in-law here for the first time today. She has Alzheimer's so it can be a bit of a challenge, but Jodie was so patient and kind. She put my mother-in-law at ease and did a fantastic job on her nails. The salon itself is clean and beautiful. Everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating. I had a terrible experience at Coquette Nails. I went in for a service that I wasn't happy with (dirty nails, poorly done, very sloppy work from a nail tech that seemed like she did not know what she was doing and was very cold to me), and they agreed to redo it without giving me a clear time frame for when I should return that same day. Later, they told me that two employees were out sick, and they wouldn't have the time to fit me in. I explained that I couldn't return on weekdays as I worked, and they offered me to come back later and/or a refund. They went as far as to give my husband $15 cash so I could go elsewhere and have them re-done that day. However, when trying to issue the refund, they claimed there was a system "error" preventing them from processing it immediately and told me to call back. When I called today, they told me I was outside their 3-day warranty window (which was never told to me when mentioning the refund, what a surprise), and they could no longer honor the refund they had offered me. It's clear that they will lie to your face and try to gaslight you into thinking it's your fault. That's on top of poor service, rude unqualified staff, and an aggressive male owner. As a woman, I would never feel comfortable in this salon again. After multiple rounds of trying to resolve this amicably, it was made clear that they were unwilling to do the right thing. When I tried to find information about their "business" online, I could find nothing. That should also be very telling. I repeated multiple times that I just wanted a refund and to move on from the poor experience, which they did not care about. I hate that it had to come to leaving a small new business a negative review. They are untrustworthy and have no integrity. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If you are in the Harrisburg, NC area and looking for a stellar nail salon, I would STRONGLY recommend Venice Nail Spa. It is minutes from this salon, and I have NEVER had a service that I was unhappy with or a problem with the location. I would recommend that salon over any others in this area, but especially over Coquette Nails. Again, very saddened by the experience at Coquette Nails as I was so excited to try this new business in Harrisburg! read more

i'm not normally a reviewer so that's how you know this was bad :/ i found this place off tiktok and decided to book because it was so cute! and that's where all the good ends. absolute highway ROBBERY that i had to pay an EXTRA $5 to get my nails cut down during my gel manicure??? literally has never happened before because i thought that was part of the service... in addition to that she spent 10 min "shaping" my nails and they looked nothing like what i asked for :) also - did not cut my cuticle whatsoever, and just pushed it back? and once they were done, it was even worse! polish is uneven, you can literally see it drifting where she was holding my hand and there are bubbles EVERYWHERE! i went about a week ago and was hoping they would hold up and they have already begun to chip and break off to no end! i do not recommend this place unless you want to cry in your car after getting your nails done like i did! read more
