People here are pretty stupid! First they book you an appointment, make you drive 25 minutes in traffic! I come here because I can get my eyebrows waxed for $7!!! They have a $10 minimum card charge so I've given them $3 tips for that $7 job a few times but I really don't mind! I only get them waxed when I'm at home because eyebrows are expensive to get done in LA! I usually pop in after shopping at Marshalls. I remember once, the main lady apologized and asked me to come back the next day because they were too busy, and the day after when I returned, she remembered who I was and led me straight to the other room when I walked in. I took my friend here to get our nails done as well as my semesterly eyebrow job. I just wish that we could have been able to sit next to each other and get our manicures at the same time, but instead we were seated across the room from each other. Our manicurists let us know it was okay to speak loudly across the room or pull up a chair next to the other while we were waiting. $10 for a manicure is not bad, and two days later my nails are as beautiful as ever, and I am pretty rough on my nails. read more

I had my pedi about two weeks ago and my toes still look great. I had the spa pedicure and she did an amazing job with massaging my calves and feet and now my feet feel so soft! I love this place. I decided at the last minute on a Sunday that I wanted to treat my boyfriend and myself to a pedicure. I called to make sure they could fit us in. We went in and sat right down. The ladies took their time and did an Excellant job on removing the callases on our feet. We also got the foot and leg scrub. The whole process was so luxurious and relaxing. We felt truly pampered. Visiting Stockton ... Took me in on a Friday afternoon ... Mani/pedi Good service, good job Only had regular polish and was chipping by Sunday ... I would have paid more for using anti chipping or hardening polishes That is somewhat the nature of regular polish, but using newer products can prolong life... They should be investing in it. I have gone to Rose nails twice. I thought I really liked them the first time when I got IBD gel nail polis done which was my first them getting them done however they didn't last very long. I then went to them a second time for dipping powder which I have had at other nail places and they have always lasted at least a week, usually they last three weeks however when I had them done, they didn't even last a week before breaking and chipping. My job is a receptionist so its not like I have a job where I might break my nails often and I have had them last a few weeks with my current job and more involved jobs where you would think they might break. Also, the one nail looked bubbled and the nail tech tried to "fix it" but it still looked bubbled. The other nail was faded in some spots the same day I had them done but I said they were fine because I was just ready to leave. I am very disappointed and will not be returning to them. I just went to get my nails done because I have had a very crappy day tbh and thought a little pampering would help me feel better. Honestly it just made me feel worse. I had never gotten acrylics so I was asking questions about them since I wanted to try it. I explained it was my first time. The lady was incredibly rude. I have worked in customer service and I am very mindful of how I talk to others who work for it because I completely understand. She began to be very rude and impatient. I can tell she was making comments about me because she let a few words slip in English and would look at me and start laughing. I am never going back. I felt worse than when I went in. Got a mani pedi. Was told this place was great but my experience here wasn't worth paying for. The lady basically rushed through everything, cut my nails uneven, didn't file the tips of my nails, and even missed putting the polish on the sides of my nails. She even forgot to put the top coat on and when she went to turn the fan on for my toes she leaned her knee right on my toes and told me to be careful. The people seem nice but the service I got was ridiculous. I wouldn't go here again if someone ELSE paid for me. read more

Mediocre service, I can't stand half A$$ work, and what really did it for me was, I called in for a nail take off and a new set, and I needed to be out by 3pm (it was 1pm when I called). Anna told me come right in she could take care of me. I get there and she starts talking to me about a color change, and I tell her "no I need these nails taken off and a new set, I just called". Now she tells me she doesn't have time, and she's going to take the client that just came in. So she wasted my time completely and left me with not enough time to go to another shop to have my nails done before I go to work. I get off after 6:30 PM so there aren't any shops that I can go to when I get off work. Tomorrow is Friday and most places are booked plus I have plans so this doesn't really work well for me. Had she been truthful and offered good customer service instead of trying to cram every last person into every second that she could just to get a dollar, then maybe I could have found an alternative solution, and she wouldn't have gotten this crappy yelp review. read more

The shop recently has been remodeled since Anna is the new owner which it seems she has no business sense or people skills and is not up to date on the new trends at all ! Her attitude is horrible, very short fused! I went in for a new set, showed a picture ect ... She obviously didn't know how to do what I wanted and wouldn't flat out say it, instead had an attitude and slapped some white powder on literally and "like that"???After me explaining it , showing the picture ect ... I told her nevermind I'm leaving, she stood up and demanded I keep her tips on for the next shop I went to, she wouldn't take them off !! Today rose the old owner came into my job and asked if I still go to Anna , I told her no because of her attitude , she replied "oh yah she has temper"! Anna -you're the owner , act like it !! If your miserable within yourself dont treat your clients like crap or soon you won't have any !
