And like the rib, flavor on point...just incredible smokey meat flavor. I went in hungry and could only eat half of my order. The sausage was just as wonderful with a firm snap of the casing without being chewy. We both thought the potato salad was one of the best BBQ joint potato salads we've had. I thought the beans (a bit of BBQ flavor) were a little spicy, wife didn't think so at all. Even the onions and pickles were top notch....they make their own pickles.
