I'm not new to lash lifts, I've had many over the years at different places, and they've always held for at least 5 weeks so this was disappointing. The girls working there were very nice, and the space is convenient, but for the price you pay, I expected much better and longer-lasting results. Sadly, the quality just didn't match the cost for me.

(See below) Shaila, It clearly states on your website that there is a 5 min grace period after the appointment. This is LA for goodness sake. However, I'm all about respecting people's time. Anytime that I was late it was within a few minutes of my actual appointment and I always apologized with grace. I want to make clear that Shaila never once expressed discomfort or annoyance at my tardiness. In fact, it was quite the opposite. I always apologized immediately upon walking into the appointment if I was a few minutes late, and she would act super chill and reassure me that all was good. So I never once thought that this would be a concern, especially one leading her to make such a drastic move like blocking me as a client, especially with no warning! Shaila, people cannot read minds. You cannot on one hand reassure me through your words that anytime I was late that it was ok and nothing to worry about, and then turn around and just ghost me without explanation. That makes no sense, and especially from a business/leadership standpoint, just shows that you have very poor communication, business and interpersonal skills. Everyone deserves at least one chance to correct a behavior if it's bothering someone, especially one that they aren't even made aware of. The fact that you couldn't even express your discomfort, and at the very least give me a warning, so that I could correct a problem that I wasn't even aware was a problem, is seriously concerning and is more of a testament to your character instead of mine. I'm going to safely assume that you blocked me in your booking system a month ago after my last appointment. So all of this time you didn't feel the need to give me a heads up that you would no longer take me as a client, and I don't think that you ever had plans on saying anything. Hence why my messages were getting ignored. So what was your plan? To just leave me hanging in silence and hope that I magically read your mind? What if I would have naively showed up at your studio to get in contact with you thinking that my messages weren't going through because your booking system was broke? Can you imagine how awkward that would have been?! All of this chaos could have simply been avoided if you would have put on your big girl pants and spoke up if something was bothering you. Lastly, the subliminals were for me. I would respect you more if you stood on business and not cower from your petty choice. If you were bold enough to block me with no explanation, ignore my messages, and post subs directly after I message you after instagram showed that you opened my message, then I expect for you to stand 10 toes down on your decision and own it. After extensive research, I was fortunate to find Beauty Creators Studio and Anastasiia. Scheduling appointments is simple and convenient through her online booking system. The studio is conveniently located on Westwood Boulevard at the corner of Santa Monica Boulevard, with ample metered parking available in front. She also offers two dedicated parking spaces behind the studio for added convenience. The building is old, however her suit is very clean and nicely decorated. We arrived early and she was finishing with another client, yet she brought us back exactly on time. We were greeted warmly, which was such a refreshing experience compared to many cosmetic offices that can sometimes feel rushed, insincere, or impersonal. Anastasiia explained every step of the process clearly and took her time carefully designing the exact eyebrow shape I had envisoned. She was incredibly patient as we made several adjustments while I kept changing my mind. I am very squeamish and extremely sensitive to pain, but she numbed the area so thoroughly that the procedure was completely comfortable. I could feel the process, but there was absolutely no pain. After the initial session, the healed 4-week result was extremely faint, with minimal visible difference compared to my natural brows. There was also some noticeable unevenness in the shape. For a $495 service, I expected a clearly visible enhancement, even before a touch-up. When I reached out, I was told this was "normal" and related to skin type, which did not feel like a sufficient explanation given how little pigment remained. The artist later called me, apologized, and offered a second session at no charge to fix the issue. I appreciated that and decided to give it another chance despite my concerns and the negative reviews I had seen. However, after I followed up to schedule the appointment, my messages were read but completely ignored. I never received a response or was able to book the correction session that was offered. Additionally, when I brought up online reviews, I was told that previous unhappy clients were "under the influence of drugs," which I found very unprofessional. Overall, the lack of results combined with poor follow-up communication left me feeling frustrated and unsupported. I cannot recommend this service based on my experience.
