For over ten years, I searched for the right permanent makeup artist who I could truly trust with my eyebrows. After extensive research, I was fortunate to find Beauty Creators Studio and Anastasiia. Scheduling appointments is simple and convenient through her online booking system. The studio is conveniently located on Westwood Boulevard at the corner of Santa Monica Boulevard, with ample metered parking available in front. She also offers two dedicated parking spaces behind the studio for added convenience. The building is old, however her suit is very clean and nicely decorated. We arrived early and she was finishing with another client, yet she brought us back exactly on time. We were greeted warmly, which was such a refreshing experience compared to many cosmetic offices that can sometimes feel rushed, insincere, or impersonal. Anastasiia explained every step of the process clearly and took her time carefully designing the exact eyebrow shape I had envisoned. She was incredibly patient as we made several adjustments while I kept changing my mind. I am very squeamish and extremely sensitive to pain, but she numbed the area so thoroughly that the procedure was completely comfortable. I could feel the process, but there was absolutely no pain. Anastasiia is gentle, detail oriented and truly a perfectionist in her craft. I am beyond excited with the results and so glad I waited until I found the right person. I had a hair-stroke eyebrow tattoo service done here and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. After the initial session, the healed 4-week result was extremely faint, with minimal visible difference compared to my natural brows. There was also some noticeable unevenness in the shape. For a $495 service, I expected a clearly visible enhancement, even before a touch-up. When I reached out, I was told this was "normal" and related to skin type, which did not feel like a sufficient explanation given how little pigment remained. The artist later called me, apologized, and offered a second session at no charge to fix the issue. I appreciated that and decided to give it another chance despite my concerns and the negative reviews I had seen. However, after I followed up to schedule the appointment, my messages were read but completely ignored. I never received a response or was able to book the correction session that was offered. Additionally, when I brought up online reviews, I was told that previous unhappy clients were "under the influence of drugs," which I found very unprofessional. Overall, the lack of results combined with poor follow-up communication left me feeling frustrated and unsupported. I cannot recommend this service based on my experience. I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience. As an immigrant myself, I intentionally chose to book with a small business immigrant owner. Before my appointment, I confirmed the price ($420) and timing (2 hours). I arrived early and waited until my scheduled appointment time. Fifteen minutes after my appointment time, a client exited the room, making it clear the artist was running late. While delays can happen, Anastasia (the owner and artist) came out, did not acknowledge the delay, did not introduce herself, and immediately handed me a clipboard with paperwork without explaining the process. During the final stages of the procedure, I asked for a few specific areas to be addressed. She became visibly irritated and made comments such as telling me to "move the mirror" because I was "stressing her out," and later stated, "I've spent almost 3 hours with you." This was inaccurate and irrelevant at this point, as the job was not yet complete. My appointment lasted 2 hours and 10 minutes, not counting her 15-minute tardiness. When I calmly pointed this out, the interaction became defensive rather than professional, and she did not take accountability for her actions or behavior. At the end of the appointment, there was no aftercare walkthrough or explanation of next steps. She appeared visibly irritated and I let her know that I understand she might be tired but this is not how you treat a customer who paid for services. She then replied: "Yes, I'm tired!" I was given paperwork and told to send photos in ten days. When I later read the paperwork at home, it stated that a second-stage follow-up is mandatory or the service would be considered "incomplete." When I reached out simply to clarify whether I should schedule the second stage, I was told she would not continue working with me and was advised to "find another artist." My eyebrows are uneven, and when I raised concerns, she dismissed them by saying, "They are perfect. I'm the best in the industry." "Why you come here if you don't trust." At no point during the visit was there any acknowledgment of basic manners or courtesy, such as a "welcome," "thank you for coming" or "I'm sorry for the delay." Instead, her words were, "Tipping is always optional and a personal decision." While that is true, a simple thank you would have been more appropriate. Based on the lack of professionalism, poor communication, humility and disregard for basic courtesy, I would not recommend this provider. read more

I first saw Anasthasia's amazing skills on Instagram. I was very intrigued by her work. The permanent eye make ups looked so natural! Smokey eyes with beautiful angles. Natural pigments with alluring shades. I had been wanting to try it but did not want to look made up. I do not wear any makeup at all! I was afraid of looking overly done.
