Hmm, I struggled with deciding what to rate this place. The best things are the low price (especially with the Groupon) and the staff - they are very friendly and eager to please. Unfortunately, the actual services weren't that great. I opted for the regular mani/pedi. I was seated in an office chair that didn't really let me get close enough to the lady doing my fingernails, so I had to sit up and that wasn't very relaxing. They gave me a lumbar pillow but it didn't help at all since I had to lean forward. The lady kindly tried the polish on one nail to make sure I liked it before proceeding. Next, she spilled the polish and then the brush got some debris on it. She 1) was super quick to clean up the spill and 2) redid the nail that got lint on it, so I really appreciate her fixing the issues, but this detracted from the experience. She also drew some blood when trimming my cuticles on a finger and a toe. My manicure started chipping in just one day, sadly. I am not an expert at getting my nails done, and regular manicures never seem to last long, but one day still seems really short compared to my past experiences. It looked so bad by day 3 that I just removed the polish. My toenails, however, still look good a week later. They have a few free parking spots in the back. Overall, I'm torn about whether or not to recommend this place. Definitely for a pedi, if you're looking for a relatively inexpensive experience, I think they do a fine job. I wouldn't get another regular manicure here, though. read more

Less than average experience ... I had no issues with my pedicure although it was kind of odd to have it done at the same time as my manicure and in a foot bath spa bucket thing. Not very relaxing when you're twisted to get a manicure at the same thing. The lady did a good job. The manicure- a whole other story. I had a dip manicure to remove. The tech kept blabbing about how bad it is for your nails. After the third time, I put my headphones in and stopped listening. She applied this "glue remover" polish 15 coats and scraped my nails so hard with the drill and scraper that my nail bed is so uneven and rough. The no chip looks horrible. I know my right hand had 2 broken nails so I asked to cut them down. The shape is awful! On my thumb she cut at a wrong angle so one side is straight and the other is curved. Then my middle finger split down the middle of the nail bc it's so thin bc she scraped and filed too much. My left hand had all long nails and she cut them so unevenly. None are the same length. And cut my cuticle with the drill so it bled. This looks like a training school for permanent makeup so I wouldn't come here for a relaxing spa experience. Then the owner (?) was talking about his infected tooth and gums. No thanks. They do have parking. 1 star for that? I had a Groupon but they match the price in salon. read more

Marianne did my pedi and it looks great but my big toe nails were cut too short so it was painful. Ronda and Mo are a husband and wife team and they are a joy to be around. Although they do already have a check in offer of $35 for mani and pedi, so maybe do this instead of Groupon? Either way I loved how they took their time to ensure god quality. You also Must make an appointment 3 hours before. This place is nice and clean for the most part. Though they do not use gloves or looks like they have individual packaging for the supplies. The manicure station was nice. Not too comfortable chairs. They also don't use massage chairs or the larger tubs for pedicures/massages. It's rather a portable tub that is filled with water and vibrates. The staff is really friendly and I found myself having deep conversations, haha. It was nice. The selection of gels are not much. They are mainly neutral dark tones or lighter tones. Nothing really eccentric or bright.They offer more darker and neutral tones. Not complaining, I loved the pink I chose! The pedicure was a little different experience than what I am used to. The massage wasn't very long on the feet or legs nor did I get any warm water on them during the massage. There was a scrub on the feet with hard sponge but it wasn't too long either. There is a parking spot located in the alley way of the street designated for customers. Otherwise, there is metered parking out front on Westwood Blvd. Ronda was very nice and great to speak to. I recently redeemed a Groupon for a Gel-mani and regular pedi. The service was excellent! I had an appointment, and when I got there they were waiting for me and they greeted me so warmly. Rhonda took the time to show me all the options for gel polish (Aussie, Orly and Organic). There is ample variety of colors! She was very careful and took her time in doing her work. I was very pleased with her attention to detail and she made sure my polish was the color I wanted. The pedicure was done in a small tray, not a traditional spa chair. I didn't mind, she still got the job done and my feet were feeling awesome! I also got my eyebrows threaded. Rhonda helped with shaping and I loved her work. I am definitely coming back! They had high quality nail polish including organic and chemical free with great prices. Rhonda did my nails and Marina did my toes. They were both very skilled and meticulous in their work. As I got in my car to leave, I accidentally messed up my toe nail on my brake pedal. I found this place on Groupon. I was looking for a place to get my Brazilian, full leg and armpit wax. On Groupon there was a deal for one of the service I wanted so I called to ask about the other services. Not to mention I was looking for a place at the last minute. Then man who answered was really nice and accommodating. He gave me the info i needed and booked me an appointment for the very next day. They made my appointment before their actual business hours which I really liked. They also made a friendly call to let me know that the technician was already there and very accommodating when I was running late. It was my first time trying the organic sugar waxing. I loved it and the technician had a lot to do with it. Very friendly, nice and open and all about making you comfortable! She also goes above and beyond to make it as less painful as possible ! I highly recommend not just this salon and technician but also the sugar waxing. It is a lot less painful than the other types of waxing and as long as you let the technician know when it does hurt or sensitive area she has a technique to avoid that pain as much as possible. No matter what it will hurt but the less painful it can be the better! A bit pricey from what I am used to being new to waxing (3rd time) but definitely worth it and a lot less than other places. I also like that they can do everything else such as nails, hair, etc. My husband went with me and had to wait for me and he was very happy with the service. He enjoyed the friendly conversation with the person that I spoke to about my appointment and services. And was offered water, coffee, etc. This is definitely going to be my permanent salon for my waxing services and it's awesome that if I want my nails done or anything else like that i can just get it all done in one place! read more

Ronda and her team definitely deserves a 5 star!! First of all, making the appointment was easy over the phone and I didn't have to wait at all for my appointment. In fact I was almost 10 minutes late and they were super nice about it! Rondas husband (who is super sweet) even came to the back to direct me with parking! Ronda did my nails and the sweet lady (I think her name is Maria?) did my toes! They both did a wonderful job and it was done really quickly! The best thing about the salon is you actually get to have a good conversation!
