Bob Dolan has simply stolen our money. He doesn't return texts or phone calls. We have tried to be patient, thinking maybe he is having personal problems or is just busy but now will have to pursue legal remedies to recover our money. He lied to us about getting permits (we paid for them, he never got them), put in some basic framing (without any moisture barrier- so it will have to be redone) and then simply stopped showing up. We have to start over.

Quality of the cabinetry we received was bad - staining not done well, holes for hinges drilled wrong, not enough material ordered. Zero communication from owner or "project manager". Should they re- appear as a business someday, RUN!!
