Two of my chef coats were really badly stained from some type of blue dye that had been spilled on them months ago. I tried cleaning them myself several times but to no prevail. After driving by weekly for the last 5 years, decided to take in my white king sized comforter that I spilled salsa on. The 2-stars is because they got the salsa spots out and the counter lady was very kind. When I took the comforter out of the plastic it was wrapped in, it smelled like my 16 yr old's laundry hamper, so gross and musty. I even had 3 unknowing folks take a sniff to tell me what they smelled. They voted as follows: (1.) smells like dirty socks, (2.) That reeks, (3.) You need to wash that thing. What the heck?! For $25 plus tax w/ a 2 day turnaround, I expect it to be cleaned AND smell fresh. Sheesh read more

This place is a hidden gem! I brought in my wedding dress on a Monday and was told it would be ready by Friday. Come Friday, it was ready and it looked like it had not even been worn! The owner Sam is so kind and even told me they had to wash it twice for it to look white once again. You really can not beat this service and it was the most affordable price when I called around to various dry cleaners. My wedding dress cost about 5k and I needed it to be in mint condition. It rained on my wedding day back in January and we took some photos in the grassy area at our venue so mind you this dress was all sorts of colors on the bottom. I don't think I'll be going back. Paid $25 for a queen comforter and even though it looks and feels clean, the whole thing just smells like incense. I want my laundry to just smell fresh and clean but smelling incense all night gave me a real headache. Hopefully better luck next time. read more

I love this place, honestly I'm shocked by the poor reviews; apparently some people are impossible to please. I've been coming here for over the last 6+ years for my dry cleaning and have never had an issues. I had a small break up with them just to try a place that is super-super close to my house. But after just two visits with the new cleaner, they quickly became my ex and I went back "home" to Super Dry. The prices are fantastic- I mean literally could not find better prices for the quality and service. One time I came in needing some blazers cleaned for a work trip and they got them ready for me Saturday morning and didn't even charge me a rush. I seriously love the people here. Great dry cleaners! Always get the spots out as long as u point them out to them so they can be marked @ drop off. Your dry cleaning is always ready for p/u when they say it will be & if by any chance something isn't exactly as u requested, (ex: you want your slacks to hv a harder crease). They immediately take care of it, right then. They are always courteous & helpful. Once I needed some hanger covers & asked for them & offered to pay for them, & they gave them to me @ no charge! Love this place!! If you have a stain that you think will never come out, take it to this guy. We did a load of whites and somehow a lip gloss got in the washer/dryer. Pink spots everywhere. We had about 7 items that this place got 98% of the stains out. So thankful I found this place. read more

Would give ZERO STARS!!! They ruined my $300 Kate Spade Dress. Took it in with one tiny stain. Showed them it and when I came to pick it up the stain was gone but, it magically now had 3 brand new dark marks on the front of the light pink dress. The women working there saw and knew they weren't there before and apologized and said they would clean it again to fix it. Looked a tiny bit better. Still had marks though so she said she would do it again. Just went to pick it up and the man working there tried to argue with me that there were no marks and even showed another women at the shop if she could see them and she pointed them out. He said he didn't do anything and it wasn't his fault so he wasn't going to do anything. Only gave me $5 back. Was very rude and didn't apologize once even though the marks were not there before being dry cleaned. Even the women working there knew that. Beware: they ruined my brand new NFL Jersey and refused to replace it! I had a few items dry cleaned. When I picked the items up I noticed some black marks of the numbers of my jersey, so I showed it to the employee and she said she would re-clean it for me. When I returned to pick up my jersey the marks will still there and the condition of the jersey was even worse then the previous cleaning (the fabric on the numbers had been stretched out leaving bubbles) the owner was there this time and I asked him to replace my jersey that I had only worn one time before having it dry cleaned here! The owner refused to replace my jersey and could not even give me a good excuse as to why! This establishment is not one I would ever suggest to anyone! read more

Horrible,horrible, horrible!!!!! DO NOT ever get your cloths altered by this company. I took a dress that I needed altered for a wedding there. I told them what I needed done. The older lady kept saying that she was going to do stuff that I was saying not to do. Finally a younger lady came over and had to explain to the older lady what was to be done (what I needed). I came back a week later and tried the dress on for a final fitting. I came out to a guy, that was the older lady's husband. I explained to him that it needed fixed ( it was still not fitted to me). He said "ok,ok" pinned the dress and I left. I went to pick up the dress today, and I tried it on for the 2nd time, and it was uneven. The seams were uneven and puffing out. I looked at her and said " why is it uneven? It looks horrible!" She looked at me and said " so, what do you want me to do about it! The material is bad." I left with a unfixed dress that is now is at another place to fix what they messed up! They didn't even refund me!! I am sooo upset about how bad the customer service was. Again, DO NOT bring your business to this place!!!! I don't even want to leave one star for this place, but it won't let me place the review without it. read more
