I thought I had canceled my subscription while we were living in Idaho for several months, but apparently I had only skipped a month. A new order was shipped to our home in California while we were away the food completely melted. my in-laws saw it by chance sitting there. I contacted customer service and explained the situation. I also explained that my dietary needs have temporarily changed while preparing for IVF, but that I planned to resume ordering after my first trimester. They refused to offer any refund or reasonable accommodation. What really bothered me was when I asked the representative, Ella, if they would rather lose a returning customer who would likely spend thousands of dollars with them over time instead of helping with this one order. She said yes. That response made my decision easy. I will not be returning as a customer. Policies are one thing. Being completely unwilling to work with a loyal customer in an unusual situation is another.

They all said that the owner of the phone number had a voicemail box that hadn't been set up. So, I called the restaurant and they said they'd never received an order for me. I emailed Wasatch Food Rush several times and called several times, to no avail. So, I'm out $50 (which DID get taken out of my account) and have no way to contact them... Food Delivery Service is based on the Paleo/Zone meal plans, and is delivered in a sealed insulated bag that will protect your food for up to four hours. Two deliveries a week. One on Tuesday, and another one on Thursday to keep the food fresh. They do not freeze their food. Delivery time window is between 4 pm and 9 pm. It is nice to come home and have dinner already prepared. This is a life saver, especially if you don't like to cook or have a busy schedule. I choose the maintenance meal plan (lunch and dinner only) with one delivery a week. For 6 meals, the price per meal is $17.33. That price is based on the meal plan I choose, the amount of meals, and tax and shipping charges for a total of $103.40 a week. (see copy of receipt) I found having chicken for most of the meals was tiring. I would like to have more of a variety maybe a nice fresh salad once in a while.
