Stacey has been unbelievably helpful, efficient, kind, and got the job done above and beyond what I expected. INCLUDING finding my husband's favorite, very hard to find diet soda. My son has an auto-immune disorder and Stacey assured me that all her employees follow strict COVID safety guidelines while working which made me comfortable. She also reviewed my grocery list with me on the phone before shopping to problem shoot and make any substitutions before hand. When we arrived the groceries were put away and I mean ORGANIZED in the frig and on the counter beautifully- better than I could do in my own home. It has been a joy to work with Stacey and I will be working with her again and again in the future, every time we come to Park City. I'm just bummed I didn't know about her sooner. Stacey's Grocery Service is indeed as good as it gets! We have used her service twice on our visit to Park City. We placed our order a week before we traveled and upon arrival our condo was stocked with all of the comforts of home. Not only did she deliver the groceries, she put them in their proper place. Stacey called to confirm our order and took time to understand what our family likes. Midweek we ordered a second time and she delivered the same day. Again, she called to make sure she understood the order and coordinate delivery. Stacey's responsiveness and attention to detail make her service top notch! We used Stacey's Grocery Service during our Christmas Week stay in Park City. I would give her 10 stars if that was an option. I was in contact with her before I placed my order and after ordering to add items to the list. She answered all my questions not only about her service but about Park City in general. She gave me her cell phone number for last minute changes. Our groceries were in the pantry and refrigerator when we arrived at the house we were staying in, all put away. The cost we paid for the service was definitely worth it. We had to take a couple trips to the grocery store during the week for items we ran out of, and though the town transit is free and very convenient, it was still exhausting after a day of skiing. We used Stacey's Grocery Service last week while in Park City for four days of skiing. We decided to use a grocery service for the first time and we're so glad we did! We were able to spend more time skiing than in a grocery store wandering the aisles with too many impulse buys! The grocery service allowed me to think about menu prep before going on vacation and maximizing grocery selections for multiple meals. Stacey was very easy to work with; she and I exchanged a few emails and a phone call to confirm my grocery list which she delivered perfectly. As a mom not to have to go to the grocery store for a week was a luxury that made my trip to Park City even better. Stacey is a real person that answers her phone and text messages, which is a huge difference then the national grocery delivery services available in Park City. She was really responsive to my questions and purchased exactly what I wanted. After the Grocery Girl's Cancelled on us less than 18 hours before our trip I assumed we were toast. I saw Stacey's reviews and figured it was worth seeing if someone could still get our Grocery's on such short notice. Not only was I surprised when Stacey said she would help us out but also was surprised at how much cheaper it would be! She shopped around for deals and even used coupons to keep the cost down but didn't sacrifice quality on anything. We use Grocery services a lot and Stacy was the best I have seen on produce and meat selection (probably did better than I would have myself). Stacey is amazing. We used her for grocery services for a family vacation to Park City/Canyons, and she was awesome to work with. She responds nearly instantaneously, whether by email, phone, or text. She asks very specific questions to understand exactly what you want and where/what kind of modifications are acceptable. We got a lot of produce, and the quality and level of "ripeness" were perfect for a week-long vacation. She also made a couple of suggestions for specific products she was familiar with, and they were fantastic. Stacey is very personable, and is able to help me get the most for my dollar. She is creative and on budget. You need to get your groceries delivered from this awesome lady! Stacy makes the process so easy, from the beginning of ordering the groceries to receiving them at the end, it's just been a wonderful experience. Her customer service is exemplary! I ordered my food about 2 weeks before we were scheduled to be there and Stacy called me several times confirming resort info, my order, and then again the night before to verify each item on my list, plus she cautioned about altitude sickness (we are from FL) and gave some tips to help avoid it. Wonderful service! My family and another family shared a house during a ski trip and used Stacey's Grocery Svs to stock the pantry before we arrived at the home (all items were put away, not simply left in bags on the counter) and during our stay. We had quite a few special requests and she went out of her way to attempt to find every single item on our combined lists. Stacey is AWESOME! We ski Park City every year and usually spend the first night grocery shopping... never again. I reached out to Stacey with barely any notice, sent her our shopping list, and arrived at the condo to a perfectly stocked and well organized kitchen. This is by far the best provisioning service I have ever used. Stacey accepted a personal grocery list, and then called with any questions she had. Most grocery services make you choose from their list of items and fill out on-line forms, which is time consuming and does not always get you exactally what you want. Stacey squeezed our order in on a very busy weekend and had all the groceries in place far ahead of the timeline.
