The flower shop I normally go to was already closed. I was at a lost because it was after 6:00 pm and I needed to purchase some flowers for my wife's birthday. I yelped my closest available flower shop and came up with Róseland. I stoped by and found that they had some of the most beautiful flower arrangements. I believe the salesman's name was Mathew, he showed me the $70 range arrangements but I told him I wanted something special for my wife's 61st. Birthday. He sold me a $137 arrangement which was so beautiful and made me very happy to take home to my wife. Needless to say by the next morning some of the flowers were dying, by the second day several of the were dead. I've bought many flower arrangements in the past and never experienced this. After four days, this is what my birthday flowers looked like. As you can see in the pictures, some flowers hadn't even bloomed before the whole arrangement started to die. I worked at a flower shop for years in Austin and know how to take care of arrangements better than the average person. I trimmed the stems, kept them in a cool place, changed the water every other day, added fresh water and even took out some of the dead/dying flowers to preserve the rest. I'm disappointed & when I called to request a partial refund (or ANYTHING to compensate for $130 worth of crappy flowers), I was told the male manager would call me back... He never did. read more

Hidden little gem of a florist and talavera/yard art shop in Pearland. You have to park in the Phillips 66 parking to get in. We went there for a Christmas tree because what was left at Lowes looked so bad. We got a really fresh tree from the gentleman at Roseland florist and were impressed with how many Christmas trees he had left on the Saturday before Christmas. Trees were half price and still very fresh because he keeps them in water. If you need a tree still, head on over. read more

We are highly disappointed and embarrassed. We ordered a $100.00 sympathy arrangement that was to be in a basket. The flowers in the arrangement consisted of mostly carnations and a few mums. They were in a plain glass vase. Carnations and mums are the cheapest flowers available. We have reached out to the florist via email twice with no response. For $100.00, we expected more.
