There was a little wait only because of the larger order ahead of me. The ambiance is pleasant and clean both in the drive through-outside and inside of the building. Back to the order, the smoked sausage was cook perfectly and the eggs were well seasoned, you don't need to add anything. For the pancakes, I'm unsure if it's fresh batter made or frozen but it doesn't give you the other "drive through" taste pancakes but I was kinda looking for a more homey fuller pancake but these are still okay. Since I'm working in the area, I know I'll work my way through the menu choices.

So I waited. while waiting the girl taking orders at the drive in window's children came in and she left her window and came over and asked them what they wanted the little girl about 10 or 12 said she wanted a Sprite so the lady fixes her and her 2 or 3 friends each a drink goes over and hands them to the children and they run out. They were clearly not paying customers. Okay ....now I'm getting angry. she could have fixed our ice creams by now if she can give away sodas to her children. But no one says a word. The manager (I assume) comes closer to the counter at this point other customers have left and one said I guess Ima go get in my car and go through the drive up. so while the, assumed manager, is closer to me I say I'm just waiting on 2 ice creams ma'am can I please either get them or a refund. she says nothing but goes and fixes them. When she returns with the ice creams in a paper half container no lid no napkin, very strange I have never been served ice cream Sunday in this container, or lack there of, I simply say thank you and she walks away and I say Ma'am are you the manager and she ignores me after saying this three times with her clearly ignoring me, I loudly said "Ma'am ARE YOU THE MANAGER I AM SPEAKING TO YOU AND I DESERVE A REPLY. She says yes I am! from across the room with no attempt to come over to me and stayed bagging fries for the drive up. I have never in all my life had such poor service. I realize MxDonalds employees are not paid great and she was clearly doing the job of 3 people and bitter but the attitude and way you treat people goes a very long way. I worked in management for many many years and I can tell you that this location has a serious problem and needs to close the door and deal with it before someone is treated with such disrespect as I was and may not have the time or patience to walk away and go about their evening. this is where rage could get out of hand and turn into something it certainly doesn't need to be. Do yourself a favor ahead of time and DO NOT STOP OFF AT THIS LOCATION UNKESS YOUR LOOKING TO BE TREATED AS A PROBLEM THAT IS IN THE WAY! I wasted about 35-40 min of my life I will never get back and to top it off I have wasted another 10 on this review to keep others from experiencing such foolishness.
