A succulent arrangement was delivered to me as a gift. The arrangement was put in a 12" diameter round wooden bowl , 5 " high that had a 1/2" crack in the side that was 6 inchs wide. The succulents were not rooted, but just cut and placed on the wet dirt. Ugly Red and Blue rocks covered the dirt. A week later the succulents were dying. I called the owner and made a complaint. My teenage son spent almost $80 on flowers via From You Flowers and Rosemar Flowers & Gifts locally processed the order. My son was told the flowers were delivered at 6:02pm. We were all home and have multiple cameras on our property and no one came to our address to deliver flowers all day. My son spoke to two representatives who said they'd inquire about the flowers with the local shop the next business day. I posted on our neighborhood Facebook group to see if it was delivered to the wrong address. No one said it was. Today at 2:48, some random person left these flowers on my porch. No doorbell or knock to notify me. They're dead, dehydrated and look nothing like the picture. I called the Rosemar local phone number and spoke to a representative who said they'd contact the local shop. You can't even reach them to address the issue. This is the worst service I've ever received. My son sent these flowers to me because his sister (my daughter) passed away and he was trying to cheer me up. He makes minimum wage and an $80 bouquet is a lot of money for a teen to spend. Shame on you. read more

The roses were all dry (the ad stated they put "lavish fresh roses") and the whole bouquet looked like it was thrown together and poorly designed. The flowers were not "100% hand delivered" as it stated on their website, and were left outside of the house(not even at the doorstep) at night. I placed an order for a bouquet to be delivered to my wife while I was out of town, because she was home with her three kids who were sick at the time. What I didn't realize is the order didn't go through online and when I checked back later in the afternoon I called them and they offered to deliver them even though it was past the time that day if I put the order in. So I finally get a call from Sherry at Rosemar today and she personally offers to deliver the flowers tomorrow once they get a new batch of flowers in. My mom sends me a text right now that they just delivered the flowers. THEY LOOK NOTHING AT ALL LIKE WHAT I PURCHASED AND WILL BE DEMANDING THEY REFUND ME. See pics below. Do not order from this establishment. Two different florist this week and both pretty bad, but Rosemar is by far the winner of worst florist experience! Ordered flowers for my Mom's stepmom to be delivered yesterday for Mother's Day. They never arrived. I called twice yesterday, was told by two different representatives (from their offsite answering service that picks up when they are busy) that someone would call Back from Rosemar and that I would get a delivery confirmation. That never happened. I called again this morning when they opened and reached someone at Rosemar who said he would speak to the manager about why the arrangement I ordered had not been delivered. He was able to pull up my order (the offsite representatives could not). He said, they would definitely be going out today and I would get a call when they were delivered today before they closed at 4pm. At 3:20pm, I still hadn't heard so I called again. 4th call mind you, yes, that's right, my 4th call to try and figure out what was happening, and got the offsite person again. After sitting on hold for 30 minutes, the woman could not get in touch with Rosemar. Still haven't received a delivery confirmation or call, also while on hold the shop has closed. They aren't open tomorrow, so I can't call and speak to anyone. Though the offsite person is again assuring me that the manager will call me. It's the same woman I spoke to yesterday that assured me someone would call me yesterday. I won't be holding my breath. So, basically I paid for a beautiful arrangement for my mom's stepmom that was supposed to be delivered yesterday and no one can tell me why it wasn't delivered, where it is, what the problem is, or how they are going to resolve this. That's just unacceptable. If you're looking for a good florist that delivers in Camarillo, look elsewhere. I guess my only option is to call my bank and file a dispute, since I've paid for this and Rosemar isn't bothering to resolve their error. Ironically, their hold message says they will go above and beyond to provide quality customer service... Yeah, definitely not the case. It also says it makes and delivers hand selected arrangements... yeah, that's a no on that one too. Not my experience at all. I hate to write a bad review for a small business especially during covid, but people work hard for their money and deserve to know what they can expect. This arrangement was delivered with no oasis foam or cage to keep the flowers secure, so the top heavy roses easily fell or tipped over the glass vase. The flowers were very obviously old, withering with brown ends. My mom was a floral designer for a local florist for years and this was just not professional. Do not recommend ordering flowers from this business. I placed an order on April 30 for Mother's Day to have my flowers delivered on Saturday, May 9. They were not delivered on Saturday and when I tried to call that same day I was unable to speak with anyone, so I followed up with an email to their customer support and have still not received a response. I called again this morning, May 12, and explained what happened and was told they would look into my order and why it was not delivered and would call me back. A few hours later I received a text from the recipient that she received the flowers, however they look nothing like what I ordered and there was no effort put into this bouquet. Pictures attached of what I ordered versus what I received. I did not receive a call back, but instead called again after the flowers were delivered to express my dissatisfaction and was told the shop manager would be contacted to look into my order and I would be contacted again. I ordered an orchid to be delivered to my mother on her birthday. Rosemar delivered a beautiful arrangement, then a week later my mother told me that the plant was not doing well. I phoned the florist and they expressed their apology and a tip for me to remind her about how to best care for it, perhaps it was in a cold dark space. The florist was kind enough to send a replacement. I also asked for a younger plant, one with new blooms on it so that she could enjoy watching the flowers open up. I wouldn't recommend this place to any guys. I went against my better judgement and tried this instead of the 1-800-Flowers way to impress my wife and was totally disappointed. I called them and spoke to "Blue", I told her I wanted a nice 2 Dozen Rose arrangement for Mother's Day. I was quoted $125 for it and Blue said, "I'm going to handle this personally and make it special." I was told I can pick them up on Sunday morning at 9:00am. Fast forward to Mothers Day morning at 9:00. I go and knock at the front door and am met by a woman who is clueless about my order or pick up. She asked what did I I order, because "Blue" is not in and told then nothing about my "Special" order. Basically I had to reorder the bouquet again. She then tells me, "Give me 10 minutes and we'll whip up something for you." They whipped up my $125 order in 5 minutes and it showed. Guys don't get me wrong, our ladies are worth that and more. But this is bad business. I tried going local and helping my local businesses, but the favor wasn't returned. I'm not discouraged by this and will continue going local. I received flowers a few days before Mother's Day. I was delivered flowers from someone I didn't know. I called the flower shop to be told they were meant for me and I just got the wrong card. I was promised delivery of the card after several phone requests. No card ever arrived. The only offer I got was that they were willing to read the card over the phone to me. I had to do research to find out who the flowers were from and that is embarrassing. I do not consider this great customer service and I'm very disappointed. read more

I found Rosemar Flowers via my Axxess book as I am not familiar with Camarillo. I feel very fortunate to have located this business. We used the expertise of the owner Tracey to arrange and prepare my daughter's bridal bouquet, table garlands and all the attendant's bouquets as well. After reviewing a few photos based on my daughter's wishes a basic design was selected and we left the artistry to Tracey. She did not disappoint. The flowers were stunning, looked as requested, were delivered on time and affordable. I cannot thank Stacy enough for going out of her way to make sure a very important client of ours got her bouquet of flowers and balloon yesterday for her birthday. I loveee that they called to let me know when a certain flower in the bouquet wasn't available anymore and that they would substitute it within the same color scheme, it shows they truly take pride in their work and care about their customers. I ordered for same day delivery, at around 6 p.m., Stacey ran into standstill traffic due to bad accidents on the freeway. Despite it being late at night and traffic being atrocious with the freeway closed off, she still found an alternate route which took an additional 30 minutes to ensure that the flowers are delivered on the same day. My daughter in AZ ordered a bouquet of flowers to be delivered to me in Oxnard, CA, on my birthday, 4/1/21. I was told to expect a delivery during the day. I waited all day - nothing. We started texting throughout the afternoon checking with each other on the status of the delivery. Nothing. My daughter told me that Rosemar informed her they had until 7pm to make the delivery (even though their website states deliveries to homes arrive by 6 pm). Around 7:20 pm, my daughter receives notification from Rosemar that the flowers had been delivered to me. Nope. I then went walking around my neighborhood looking for a floral bouquet on neighbors' doorsteps. Still nothing. My daughter then contacted Rosemar - they told her they would deliver something to me in the morning or refund her credit card. At 8:07 pm, my doorbell rings - a bouquet was outside my door. I called my daughter and described the bouquet. I also mentioned that the "card" was actually a piece of computer paper cut in half, then folded in quarters with jagged edges and cheap printer text. She was upset - stated she had paid extra for a nice card. All in all, Rosemar turned an exciting surprise into a huge hassle and unfortunate let down. I was stuck at home awaiting a delivery that never arrived, then we were told delivery had been made when it had not. Then the delivery arrives hours later than promised (probably they had to make up a new bouquet when they learned they had delivered the first one to the wrong address) with a cheap computer printout card. I am disappointed in the customer service and the way they charge for "extras" that are a rip off (cheap computer paper; one basic blank balloon). Would not use or recommend this company. read more

My daughter and grandkids ordered a fruit basket and balloons from Rosemar Flowers to be delivered to the house Saturday for my husband's birthday party. They promised to deliver at 1:45 but no later then 3:30 guaranteed. The basket was beautiful but arrived at 5:00 pm after the party was over. The person that delivered came to the back door, not the front. She said she was sorry and that her car broke down. Really???
