Had a great experience here. I booked a Swedish massage with Hanna to work out some tension in my shoulders, and she was wonderful. She greeted me in the lobby and walked me back to the treatment room, which was dimly lit with relaxing music. I really appreciated that she gave me time to get settled so I didn't feel rushed starting the session. She confirmed my focus areas at the beginning, and her communication throughout was excellent--checking in often to make sure the pressure was right and that I was comfortable. After the massage, she met me back in the lobby with a bottled water, which was very kind. My only minor critique is that you could occasionally hear people walking or talking, but overall it was a just what I needed and I'm glad to be feeling much better. read more

So, it's a very nice massage place and very clean. I've had two massages here and one was okay and the other was not so great. During my last massage, the warming function for my massage bed was never plugged in and I was cold for most of my massage. There's only a thin sheet over you and the massage oil they use is cold as well. Also, I booked an hour massage starting at 1:15. We didn't get started until closer to 1:20 which is fine, except that the lady ended my massage at 2:07.... Maybe this isn't a big deal but when you're paying for an hour massage, you expect to receive an hour long massage. Missing out on 10+ mins of your massage time is actually a lot! Overall, I'd love to recommend rosemood but based on my experiences I cannot. read more

Personally, I usually prefer a male masseuse since they tend to have bigger hands and stronger pressure, but the massage I received was still relaxing. One thing that could improve the experience would be asking pre-massage questions about pressure preference and specific needs, as that helps tailor the session to the customer. The massage itself was wonderful -- the therapist was clearly skilled and the pressure was perfect. However, I booked a pregnancy massage and the setup wasn't appropriate for it. I was placed on a standard table with only a thin pillow between my knees, and at one point they asked if I could lie on my back. I explained that I can for a short time if slightly elevated, but when it came time for that part of the massage, I was laid completely flat. There also weren't any bolsters, wedges, or a prenatal table, all of which are standard equipment for proper support and alignment. I've had other prenatal massages where the therapists clearly understood these requirements and adjusted everything proactively -- I didn't have to explain or guide them through what was safe for pregnancy. While the technique here was excellent, I had to brace myself to keep from rolling and felt significant pressure on my hips from lying on my side on the hard table. The experience made it clear that, while the therapist is talented, the clinic doesn't seem trained or equipped for massages on pregnant individuals. I'd happily return for a regular massage, but wouldn't recommend this location for prenatal massages until they have the proper knowledge, equipment, and positioning in place. read more

Well, I wanted to book my session with Hanna since all the other reviewers raved about her but I was limited on time and couldn't find an appt time that worked so I booked it with another therapist instead. Unfortunately it was one of the worst massages I've ever gotten and I won't put her on blast here but if management is interested in learning more about my experience, they're welcome to leave a comment and I'm happy to connect. But seriously the Swedish massage I received was awful and I would honestly be surprised if she was professionally trained. Oof. I am leaving 2 stars because of the things that went well: - Easy online booking - Very nice and clean facility - It smells really good in there and the sheets smell like hotel sheets - The treatment rooms are fully private and don't have the open shared ceiling space with other rooms - Their prices are competitive One suggestion I'll mention here is to turn up the music a little bit more. I was able to hear their washer/dryer running, sinks being turned on, front door being opened and talking/coughing which was distracting. Overall, I had high hopes but was left disappointed. My experience was not what I was anticipating. A lot of forceful, painful stretching which I'd have to tell her to stop multiple times, use of feet instead of hands to massage, felt exposed more than normal. The door was left open multiple times to get something from another room while my butt was completely exposed.
