He ordered the latch on Thursday with an appointment for Monday, but told me he'd call if the part arrived sooner. Sure enough, he called Friday to let me know the part had come in and said that if I could get there shortly, they could install it right away. I really appreciated Tim going the extra mile to fit me in. Instead of being without my vehicle all weekend, I had it repaired the same day.
