Our son sends his dog there to Rose more than once a year. The dog is well cared for snd plays with the others his size.

Rose is awesome -- no other way to put it! I had to go on a business trip and I was lucky enough to have found an opening with her in short notice to pet sit my Irish Setter/Golden Retriever pup. She was very communicative, was flexible with a meet and greet, and did a pick up and drop off for my dog which was a great time-saver. She also kept me updated with pics and videos on how my pup was doing in her care. This gave me a lot of confidence that he was well taken care of (I was afraid he wouldn't want to return home)! Rose is great for pet sitting- I highly recommend! We are totally obsessed with our cat and we're nervous to let anyone we didn't know watch our baby. Suffice it to say we aren't nervous anymore!! Our cat is usually timid and hides from strangers but he immediately sniffed out Rose and began interacting with her. Rose always showed up when she was scheduled, took care of all our cats needs, spent quality time with him, and gave us updates each visit. after spending days back and forth and filling out their electronic form I wanted a "meet and greet" before I scheduled to have someone in my home to sit with my pet that I have never met before. I received a message that they "do not have the bandwidth to be "Interviewed." Our time needs to be dedicated to our committed clients so we are going to have to pass on caring for your cat." They don't' have time? they don't' have "bandwidth" to be interviewed" and sorry this didn't work out?? I gave them all my information, yet received nothing in return. I would never have someone in my home that I had never met, yet Rose cannot manage the time. She sounds like someone I am glad I did not schedule with and neither should you! This Might even be a scam. Out of caution I did not give them the dates I would be gone and had I they would have had all the information they had needed to know when I would not be home! We are great fans of Rose TLC Pet Care and her staff. They take great care of our animals. We have two macaws and two cats. As you can imagine, it is the rare pet sitter that can handle avians and felines. Each of our animals have their own needs and habits. The two macaws have specific attitudes about how they like their food, interact with humans and, well, one of them is a bit of a punk to strangers. Rose knows exactly how and when to treat the birds and they are always calm and happy when we return from vacation. We had to leave town for a week and we knew our FOUR cats (yes, four) would go nuts of we boarded them, so we found Rose. She communicates promptly and clearly, gives the invoice ahead of time so you know what you'll owe, and knows enough about cats that she could tell the breeds right away! (That was cool.) She's also kind and has a good sense of humor, which is awesome; she clearly adores animals. Her prices are affordable, and she has contingency plans-- she has experience, so she knows how to make sure that if you're delayed or something, she can still care for your beasties. When we got home our kitties were EXACTLY where we left them (sleeping, of course), and the litter boxes were clean etc. The key fob was where she said it'd be and everything. Perfect! I have a dog who was more interested in people than playing with other dogs, so I would have her stay at Rose's TLC Pet Care instead of a kennel. Rose mainly does dog walking but also some in-home care. She only takes two dogs at a time in her home, so the dogs get focused care tailored to their temperament and preferences. We have been using her for about five years now and cannot recommend her highly enough. The dogs love her! She is attentive and sends regular reports on how they are doing even when she just stops by our house to walk them. We were so very lucky to have found Rose! read more
