They cobble together a bouquet of flowers, charged me the same exact price, for a couple dozen roses, and call it a day. I told them I wanted an arrangement, not some roses wrapped up in paper. Otherwise I would walk over to Trader Joe's, buy some roses and wrap them myself. What they gave me as the final product is something truly anyone could've done. She shoved some green twigs in there and called it an arrangement. There was zero artistic vision or preparation, and this is not what people come to a florist shop for. This business relies on their lower price point to get customers in, but when it comes to artistic execution, there is nothing there. I came here for an expert to implement their floral skills to make something beautiful. What I got, in short, was just a plain bunch of flowers. This is not what people want to pay a premium for in requesting a professionally made flower arrangement. I am so disappointed, it ruined my contribution to an event I was attending, I will not return. I truly wanted to cry.

I drove over to meet with Kathy and finalize the order. Kathy is amazing!!!! The floral shop is gorgeous and filled with the most beautiful fresh flowers and arrangements to choose from. I even witnessed some arrangements being made for an upcoming wedding and they were beautiful! They also have some plants there as well. We hired someone for Face painting, and balloon twisting, and paid the extra to make sure they were twisting balloons and doing glitter tattoos in addition to the face painting. We had lots of sad children who had been promised one thing, and got another. The price was also advertised on craigslist differently than what they quoted us when we contacted them. The girl who came to the party was very sweet, but the communication on the event company was just not there, because when we asked the girl where the balloons were, or when she was going to begin the glitter tattoos, she informed us she didn't have them with her, and hadn't been told she was supposed to. I was pretty annoyed we paid for extra services that we did not render, and they made no attempt to reimburse me for the extra add on's I paid for.
