Honestly this place is terrible. Low quality food and the front desk attendants even lie you hard about it, which I never thought would be an issue at a food establishment. Great for late night coffee and treat. I absolutely adored the atmosphere and sitting in Rosette. The coffee is excellent and the mini tarts are very good, the raspberry with crème is the best one. The only problem is they keep the door open and flies get in. There fore the baked items in the front had flies all around them. So I opted for something enclosed and fresh. Other than that, this is great place. Hope they close the door though. read more

I have a huge weakness for Rosetta. I've been to their Aventura and Miami Beach locations, and it's consistently delicious. I go when I want a prosciutto and mozzarella sandwich on amazing bread, but also when I have a sweet tooth. I appreciate that they offer individual, bite-sized desserts in their lineup. Fabulous Italian Bakery in the heart of Brickell. The Brickell location is fairly new compared to the established locations in Miami Beach. Went for a morning walk when I found this bakery in my local neighborhood. The bakery was packed and the line was out the door due to social distancing measures so that's a great sign they are doing well. The staff are friendly and helpful in explaining to me all of the different sandwich's and baked pastry options. For menu references, I order the ham and cheese sandwich with Focaccia rosemary bread and the Caprese with Olive Bread, Iced Oat Coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice, Croissants filled with pistachio and cream, Mini cannolis and mini fruit tart. Prices are reasonable. Everything was amazingly delicious and I will definitely return to this hidden bakery that's a gem. I highly recommend and your won't be disappointed. read more

I hope this review gets the attention it deserves. I came here last night right around the time they were closing with my 3 year old son who just wanted a donut that was sitting in the window. The staff rudely said "We're closing; our registers are already closed." So I was like Ok that's fine.... but tell me why I saw the worker take a large garbage can and literally throw out ALL the food and donuts that were sitting in the window including the one my son wanted. This is very unhygienic and dangerous. Customer service could also be spruced up a little. Great lattes, but that's about it. I've ordered the custard croissant 2 days in a row. The filling tasted great, but the croissant was stale. It tasted like it was made the day before. The second time I went to this location, I tried the custard croissant again and it tasted stale again. My boyfriend ordered a prosciutto and cheese croissant. They toasted it, but they burned the entire bottom part of the croissant. We took our order to go, so we didn't notice until we got home. I'm sure they noticed because it was visibly charred.
