I had asked again before i left the store and the lady working said "Come around noon we will have it ready. " Great, so day of my event I go into the store at around 12:30-12:40 and noone is in the store, it says it's closed but the sign on the store says they close at 5pm. I try calling but noone answers. I even wait 30 minutes in front of the store. I was never able to receive my items in the day that I needed them. Please keep in mind I didn't only spend a couple dollars on this just for a few hours. I go to pick up my items on Monday and shared my disappointment with the lady working the store that day. She calls the lady who initially took my order and asked me to talk to her on the phone. i told the lady I was highly disappointed that I never received my items the day i needed them. I didn't want a refund nor did I ask for one, however, she offered to refund back half of what i had paid. There was no use of the corsage and boutonnière anymore so I was a bit more content when she told me she could partially refund me for something that I was not at fault for. More than two weeks passed and I never received my refund. Highly upset and disappointed. I rarely write reviews, especially ones putting businesses in a bad light but I wish I had been able to receive my items on time for my special event and the owner not have been so careless about it.
