Skillet with over easy Eggs

Great find on our road trip.... Got here for breakfast... but lunch looks amazing as well. Everything we ordered was so tasty. Eggs cooked perfectly- with potatoes cubed.... Which we love. Vanilla latte tasted like a warm cozy toasty filled marshmallow day. The pb caramel crunch latte was a delicious treat with breakfast. All around - they care about what is being put in the plate. Gourmet tastes, intentional choices of what they put together. Loved it!

You really need to have time and patience to wait. The food is great and the menu is diverse but expect at least 40 minutes from door to food, or that is at least our experience in the four times we've been. It's a nice neighborhood joint and we enjoy patronizing when we have the time. Ingredients are fresh and the taste is as well. Outdoor seating available when the weather is nice.

The food was delicious and that service was great! I'm not sure if it was the owner or the manager but she was awesome! The water had cucumber in it which was also good!

Comfort food is a must. I was in dire need of something. I found this cafe and decided to give it a try. Quaint and definitely a neighborhood staple. Small and cute, but I hate that word. We waited a bit to be seated only later to find out they had several call outs, but they never used that as an excuse. Once seated Mack was amazingly attentive despite being extremely busy and only her 3rd day on the job. The chicken pot pie was the reason I came and believe me it did not disappoint. It was amazing, crispy crust and full of fresh potatoes, chicken and veggies. I was in heaven. My only small complaint was their beer selection and the bartender called in sick so that was an issue. All in all my review should be at least 4.5 stars but it won't allow me to do that. The chicken pot pie was outstanding and definitely more than I could eat. Give this sweet little location a try.

Service has improved significantly, they had less gluten free options this time but my salad was delicious and server was very nice. We were seated immediately this time, and had a little bit of a wait for our food but much better than last time.

Scrambled eggs and bacon. Hash browns were like a burnt chip

It took 45 minutes at least for the food to be ready. We were the only customers and ordered the breakfast burrito and scrambled eggs. Can't imagine why it took so long. Ended up having to take the meals with us as we had an appointment to get to. Not worth the $50 we spent. Should have just left. We do not recommend going. A real disappointment.

Service was great and friendly and the place is super cute! Reminds me of Gilmore Girls. We had sandwiches for lunch, and it was just okay.

# Tasting Room Heartbreak: When Man's Best Friend Gets Banned…read more Just found out today was Pickle's last day at one of my favorite wine tasting rooms, and I'm absolutely devastated. As someone who visits weekly, this place has become my weekend sanctuary precisely because it was so dog-friendly. The charm of seeing Pickle's sweet face in the window was something I looked forward to every visit. I can't count how many times I've watched people walking by stop dead in their tracks, point at that adorable face peering out, and decide right then to come inside. Nathan's charismatic hosting is what initially kept me coming back weekend after weekend, but the dog-friendly atmosphere truly sealed the deal. In a world where finding quality places that genuinely welcome our four-legged family members is rare, this spot stood out. To the management: please reconsider this decision. Pickles wasn't just a cute mascot - he was part of what made your tasting room special. As a devoted wine club member, I'm seriously questioning whether I'll continue my visits without the joy of seeing that precious pup. Who else is heartbroken about this? Have you ever chosen a place specifically because it welcomed dogs? #SavePickle #DogFriendlyWineries #WeekendWineRuined

We made reservations for 7:00 PM and were seated promptly upon arrival by the friendly sommelier. It was packed at 7:00! This made the noise level pretty loud so conversations were hard to keep up on. Our server was very friendly and timely. The wine and drink selections were excellent. I grabbed Mr Snuffleupagus because the concept of a tahini washed rye was too much to pass on. It was fantastic. The tahini almost comes across with a PB-like flavor. I ordered the steak frites, medium rare. We shared the pickle plate and fried mushrooms. The pickled carrots were great. Loved them. The pickled fennel was also delicious. The mushrooms were lovely - very enjoyable. The frite were awesome! You can certainly tell the they're fried in beef fat. The steak was perfect. We loved Corbeau and will certainly come back.

This is my 2nd time writing this review, as Yelp mysteriously got rid of my original one 4 days…read moreago. Shout-out to the hostess for getting us a reservation table on a busy Saturday night. She was super nice, our waitress too. The place itself is very cute, super noisy (be mindful if you have hearings aids or are prone to sensory issues because it is CRAZY loud - so much so that they have noise reducing panels all over the ceiling and walls). It's very much a romantic aesthetic but the tiny tables become a nuisance when they bring you a plate per food item (steak and fries come separately, etc). The food itself is where we were kind of... disappointed is too strong a word, but something nearing it? We ordered the bread (which should never be $7 but here we are), the French onion soup, the steak and frites and the scallops. I'm a Spaniard so I'm very used to carne en salsa de pimienta, which I feel is what the steak sauce was meant to be. It was, don't get me wrong, it was just pepper on steroids! It definitely wakes you up!! It was missing some other spice or herb that I couldn't quite place but it wasn't bad at all, just definitely strong. Personally, the steak was well cooked but my husband said it was too dry for medium. The fries were very tasty but we are still team duck fat, and the soup was okay, but we've had tastier. Our main gripe was with the scallops. Keep in mind that the scallops were $47 (the steak was $45). The scallops were served over a bed of lentils and radish slices for some reason. Well, lentils, radishes AND ginger. By ginger, I mean all of the ginger in all the worlds' countries. Horseradish could give this dish a run for its money in the nasal clearing department. We didn't understand the almost Indian flavors in tacoma-french cuisine. It didn't pair well with the scallops and the rest of the menu, honestly. We couldn't eat it so basically we paid $47 for 5 scallops. Lovely that financial journey for us! If you're into sensorial challenges, both auditory and gustation, then Corbeau is the place for you! It's a nice place for a fancy looking dinner, but you won't be able to hold a proper conversation unless you're yelling. Also, don't be surprised - there's a 20% surcharge on every check.

From the comfortable…read moreenvironment, great-tasting food, and its STELLAR Employees, this place is a perfect place to enjoy a night out or to celebrate a birthday (which was the reason we were there tonight.) I reserved a table (for a large party of 9) conveniently on Open Table which made the process easy and effortless two days prior to our reservation. On the day of our reservation I received a call from a very friendly staff member Jace (forgive my spelling if it's incorrect) who confirmed our reservation and also asked if we had kids in our party because of the age restriction for the outside seating. I thought that was very considerate of him to do so as he was being proactive and courteous at the same time! When I checked in, I immediately was greeted by Jace who was beyond welcoming in person as he was on the phone. He guided us to our table and made us all feel welcome. We then were presented with our hardworking and endearing Server Kat who was so patient with all of us, was proactive in setting up plates for our Birthday cake (we had brought with us - as we were granted with permission by the restaurant). Throughout our experience, Kat took care of our needs, fulfilled our delicious food orders with accuracy, and the other hardworking Server Ethan also ensured our drinks were filled. Seriously, the Employees are what made our celebratory Birthday even more special!! And also, our the wonderful Manager Brandon made sure we were all taken care of and even personally said goodbye as he walked with us out the door! We only live down the street from this restaurant as my husband and I have lived in Washington for about three years. But rest assure we will be coming back again and again because of the great food but more importantly of the Employees - Jace, Kat, Ethan, and Brandon....and the rest of the Restaurant!

I digress. The dirty chai was unique though and tasty. The stars for us was the food! We got the huevos rancheros and the savory egg sandwich. Both were delicious! Best HR we've ever had probably due to the crema and red sauce. Egg sandwich had unique flavors with the onion jam and the toasted roll was so perfect with the egg and arugula. Very well balanced. I usually never eat all the bread bc not worth the carbs but couldn't resist finishing this masterpiece. All the pastries were very good too! Just needed an option to warm up the orange cardamom morning bun to make it warm and crispy but the flavors were amazing. Also loved the brown butter blueberry muffin. Only disappointment was the ube ginger muffin wasnt fully cooked - tasted great for the parts that were. Wish we had one near us on east coast!
