Their masseuses Becky and Linda are extraordinary. Becky has a natural gift and I leave feeling like my entire body went through a deep cleanse. I come here because of her and can barely remember my name when I come out. Linda is incredible as well, blew me away with how thorough and attentive she is. Will be continuing to send as many people as I can here because of these two. Dr. Michelle is also very warm and friendly. She could tell right away where my body was off. The masseuses book up pretty fast, but the schedule comes out on Fridays. If you can't get the office by phone, they respond by email pretty quickly. For insurance, Aeja (pronounced "asia") is a dream to work with. She kindly checked and double-checked for me. All has gone through and billed correctly. She's very warm and friendly. I began coming to Rosewood Wellness in Spring 2017. Dr. Andrade was able to see me the next day when I complained of issues related to my sciatic nerve and which prevented from being able to just sit at my desk job. I was very pleased with how quickly my pain and discomfort were addressed. My insurance changed so for a period of time I was unable to return. Rosewood then began to take my new plan and so I started up services with them for adjustments and massage therapy on my neck and back. After an adjustment, I was informed that a muscle stimulator machine was available to take with me same-day as my insurance was covering it. I was hesitant but desk staff assured me there would be no problem in doing so; they provided no explanation otherwise. I took it hoping it would help with my issues in the meantime. This was until I got a statement from my insurance that I likely owed literally THOUSANDS for the machine to whatever 3rd party company it came from in Florida that also billed my insurance for the device. Without notice in that time, I was also getting huge bags of 9 volt batteries in the mail for the equipment along with dozens of electrode patches. My insurance ultimately directed me to give it back to Rosewood as I couldn't pay whatever balance was indicated in that claim since the machine was not needed for a work-related injury or otherwise. About 3-4 weeks ago, I called and emailed this practice about gathering my records to forward to another office. I was initially told it would take up to 2 weeks. The notes were needed to determine whether a surgical procedure was medically necessary. During my follow-up phone call on the day that I needed them, I was placed on hold at least 3 times and was eventually informed that I would be provided with those notes from 2018 only. I told them I needed al of them them same day and after that point, there was no problem in them doing so. I've referred friends to this office because they've done so well in the past. I'm not sure what has happened since I started coming back, however, it's been reason enough for me not to return. read more

In 2020, I was in a car accident and I saw the Rosewood Wellness team and I can say that they healed me! Dr. Michelle + sonia + the front desk team are incredible, professional, knowledge, and caring! In early 2021, I was pregnant and they also really took well care of me because i gained a lot of weight during my pregnancy and had so many problem areas -- besides just being my wellness care team, they really provided me with so much empathy and were a resource for me. Now I have an baby and i'm in the post partum period and i've been seeing Dr. Maali who is amazing as well and i've gone only 3 times and feel like a brand new person. Dr Michelle is great but billing is completely messed up. I have been going to Dr Michelle for years and even brought my newborn son in for a few months. I have always paid while I was there. Life got busy so I stopped going regularly. 6 months later I got a bill saying I owed more. I was confused so I called to see why I had a bill. The billing person wasn't available able. Every month I would get the bill and every month I called with the same answer that the billing person wasn't available. Now I got a letter saying that my debt will be passed to a debt collector. So I call AGAIN, pay the bill (still not sure why I had a bill). I expressed I was upset and that I won't be coming back. Then thee billing person FINALLY called me back to tell me that I didn't call. BS. I don't trust business that charge you and then bill do or more months after...then threaten you. read more

I've gone to Rosewood wellness before in the past but it's been a while so they required me to go in for an initial check up mainly so that I could get a medical massage and use my insurance. The appointment was literally five minutes I waited for five minutes 10 minutes to approve me for a medical massage. I've been going to Jesus for therapeutic massages, and he is the best! I practice aerial silks and weight training, and need to keep my body in good form to prevent injuries and release tension. He uses reflexology and deep massage techniques to work out all your kinks and keep you sport-ready! I can't say that the therapeutic massages are particularly enjoyable, but they're not supposed to be... and they work. I also get adjustments from time to time, which seem to help as well, although I'd recommend the massage over the adjustment if you had to choose one. read more

Chiropractic service and massage were fine, but I waited almost an hour past my scheduled appointment time to finally be seen. Location is tough to find, and I'll echo the reviews that point out the loudness/sterility of the environment. I also thought the ipad "paperwork" thing was a hassle and it definitely took me longer to fill that out that it would have to fill out the actual paperwork, although I'm sure it saves the office time. I started going to Rosewood over a year ago (maybe almost two?). Originally I purchased a Groupon, or something similar, for a massage. When I was there, they ran my insurance info and told me what would be covered by insurance. Since my brother-in-law is a chiropractor (in a different state), and my sister swears by getting adjustments, I thought I would give it a try. Dr. Michelle is GREAT! She is always very patient with my continued nerves regarding adjusting my neck and she really worked with me regarding some of the chronic shoulder/back pain I have had. Additionally, I receive a medical massage with my appointment as well. I think I have been massaged by almost every masseuse there and each one has been great! The rooms are a bit noisy (as another reviewer mentioned). But honestly, once the massage starts I barely notice. They recently remodeled and the flow and space generally looks much nicer. As I said at the beginning, I have been going here for almost two years and have no plans to stop! If you need a chiropractor, I would definitely recommend Rosewood. read more

I LOVE this place. I cannot say enough good things about it and the entire staff. I am currently going through insurance for whiplash and my pain was 50% better after one visit, 95% better after the third. For those going without insurance, the regular massage services have very reasonable prices. A lot of times I believe you can tell what kind of place it will be by the attitude of the front desk staff- and she is extremely helpful and could not be nicer or more accommodating. Dr. Michelle is my first experience with Chiropractic services, but she has made me a believer. She is very informative, knowlegeable, patient and just a likeable person in general. I still cannot believe how quickly my intense, crippling pain went away after one adjustment. I have had medical massage sessions with Jessi and John. I have had so many different kinds of massages, at all kinds of places, for all different prices, and these have seriously been the absolute best. I cannot say enough good things about them. They listen, they ask questions, they take their time, they completely understand the body and the science of massage - not just rubbing you down like some spas do. I haven't had the third therapist but my friend said she is also quite good. Seriously, go here. Rosewood Chiropractic is a fantastic place to get adjusted. Dr. Michelle is extremely personable and caring, which makes you feel comfortable on your first visit. She explains what she is doing through the entire adjustment. I have never been to a chiropractor's office that couples the adjustment with a massage afterwards (I have been to places where the appointments are booked separately). I received a 45 minute medical massage after my adjustment. The massage was very thorough. Dr. Michelle communicates the patients' problem areas to the therapists, so they know what to work on, to improve the results of the adjustment. I am extremely impressed with Rosewood Chiropractic's work and I would recommend it to anyone. They have a very friendly office and their treatments are extremely effective. read more

I got a massage through a Groupon. Everyone was friendly and the massage was very good. However, this is definitely not a spa and the room where I got a massage was functional, but slightly sterile feeling and NOT quiet at all. The walls are very thin in this place and two men were in the room next to us at one point. I could fully hear their conversation. I was thrilled when I learned that my insurance would cover the majority of chiropractic services and medical massage therapy in the hopes of alleviating some back pain I was experiencing due to muscle atrophy from a long-term illness. From my first phone call to book an appointment until now (a few months later), nothing about Rosewood has been less than exceptional. I have enjoyed the chiropractic adjustments, 30-45 minutes of physical therapy, and a 60 minute massage on a weekly basis and I have gone from being a pseudo-skeptic to a 100% believer. If you live an active lifestyle like me, incorporating a visit like this into your weekly routine is an absolute necessity. I have had massages from Marcia, Shannon, and Linea, and all have been exceptional. I'm so grateful for these people! My husband made my first appointment after hearing how about them from a friend. I went initially for neck pain made worse by hours and hours in front of a computer. The therapeutic massage was entirely worth squeezing into my schedule! Dr. Michelle is always smiling, ever helpful. In July I was dead lifting 268 pounds when I slipped and fell. When it happened at the gym the adrenaline caused me to jump up and to be honest, I didn't even think that I was hurt. My trainer looked at me like I was crazy but I kept insisting that this 5'3" gal was just fine and could go home. By 11pm that night I was pretty sure I was going to die. I couldn't bend over, I couldn't get into my bed and I was having a really hard time walking. I crashed on the couch and dreamed of a massage that would take away all of my pain. The next morning I found a Yelp deal for Rosewood along with great reviews. I was sold. I booked online but called to make sure that it would be okay to come in with my injury, when the lady at the front desk heard about my situation she moved me up to 8am. An hour later I walked out feeling 10x's better. I started going once a week for about 3 months. I kept raving about Rosewood to my boyfriend and he surprised me with one of their packages so now I get to have a massage twice a month. I think I've had a massage from just about everyone there but I can't say enough good things about John. John totally understood my injury and worked on stretches that would slowly release the pain. He helped those muscles truly relax and he did it gradually -- I never had a massage where I was really hurting. He's a master of getting your muscles to stretch out in ways you didn't know they could and the feeling is incredible. He's also been great about treating his clients really well. Once he ran over time with another client so he treated me to an extra half hour to make up for it. He didn't have to do that at all -- I get that things can run over but it was a great gesture and made me feel like I was a valued client. At Rosewood, everyone is so friendly and the appointments are very easy to make plus they have some very affordable packages. I love this place. I found this place last year after my pregnancy. I have back and hip pain more often after the pregnancy. Dr Michelle is very friendly and easy to talk to. The receptionists are always great! The medical massage is AWESOME!! I had really bad back pain today and Marshalla did a fantastic job. I bought a Living Social deal for a 60 minute massage with hot stone treatment. I can't remember who I actually got the massage from, but it was excellent. My appointment was on a Saturday and I was the only person there, so I didn't experience the noise from the thin walls that others have mentioned. The only thing I was disappointed with was that I mentioned I wanted extra focus on my shoulders and back, and she ended up only working on that part of my body. I didn't realize that that meant she wouldn't be massaging legs at all. My fault for not communicating that I wanted full body with just a little extra attention on shoulders. I was stuck down town today and wanted to get a massage last minute. I looked through the Yelp deals for today and found Rosewood. I had a little trouble finding the office among all the other offices, but a phone call fixed that instantly. The front desk person was very cordial and helpful. When I called she offered to call the massage therapist and then confirm back with me. She didn't miss a beat - and she handled it quickly. Upon arrival I was handed a tablet to fill the "paperwork" out on. I'm pretty new to the technologies of the day...it felt a little odd, but it was pretty easy to figure out. I do wonder if it would be too overwhelming for the 60+ crowd? I'm sure the staff would help anyone who needed it though! My massage therapist was appropriate and friendly. She seemed confident and skilled. I was running late, but needed to leave on time - forcing her to figure out the best way to utilize the time for my specific needs. She did a wonderful job. She is one of those therapists who has some sort of special sense in locating the "hurt so good" places. Her music choice was nice - it was sort of middle eastern? It went well with the type of work she does. It's obvious she is proficient in muscle targeting to relieve whatever ails you. I am not sure if they have more than one therapist. The first appointment I made was an adjustment and a medical massage that followed with Glen - who was AWESOME and also very thorough with everything he did and why. I loved Dr. Michelle and her staff - very friendly, and very thorough; I feel like more often than not massage places don't carry those qualities in tandem. I began seeing Dr. Michelle and her amazing staff in October 2012 after a car accident. Prior to my car accident, I had a spinal cord injury and subsequent arthritis in my lower back that has left me feeling terrible these past two years. After literally 6 sessions, my life was changed! Unfortunately, Rosewood insisted on taking my health insurance information over the phone prior to setting up an appointment for a first visit. This is unilaterally bad practice for a new patient and leaves you exposed to medical fraud. I've never had another medical practitioner, of any kind, require my insurance information in advance of an appointment. I offered to sign up for an appointment and come in early to provide them with whatever information might be necessary and was met with a counter proposal to be charged outside of my insurance. What a shame, I'm a believer in chiropractic care and will sometimes visit weekly for months until realigned. Out of the gate, this group decided to put the patient last. Just called because I desperately need a chiropractic adjustment. My spine is fused, but I usually manage it pretty well. Today my lumbar back must be inflamed from being sick in bed with a cold for a day, so I have excruciating pain running down my leg. I call this place for help, but they "only see patients when they're well"... however they'll "be happy to verify you insurance until then so you can come is once you're feeling better"... Really?? Do you not have a clue that wellness involves the whole body? You know what... no, I would not like you to check your insurance, because if you treat "patients" like dollar signs when we're sick, there's no telling how you'd "treat" me when I'm well. read more
