If you are thinking of trying chiropractic care, come to this office. They are thorough, caring and professional. I had been to one other chiropractor and they were ok, but once they'd treated the worst of my pain I stopped going because the plan wasn't clear. At four points you will have an initial appointment involving x-rays and measurements. You'll have a group setting where they explain the chiropractic process and show you some results on other patients. They'll send you a video about lifestyle changes and exercises. Then you are shown your specific results and discuss your treatment plan - they'll lay out time, number of visits, expected results, cost, etc. Then you start treatments! The plan I was put on was affordable (my insurance wasn't accepted) and thorough. I knew what to expect and when to expect it. I've been seeing them for 3 months and have noticed an improvement in my posture and my pain has gone way down. I'm looking forward to my next assessment, which will include x-rays to track my improvements! They also have a masseur in house and she does great work! I have suffered from chronic conditions for ten years and have seen countless doctors. The doctors and staff at Four Points are so caring and compassionate, much more than most of the docs I've encountered. I had a tough week last month and Dr. Neblett shared some ways he has handled difficulties in the past and it meant a lot to really be heard and helped in that moment. I can't say enough great things about Dr. Ross and his team at four points family chiropractic. I've had tennis elbow and neck pain for years and have been to other doctors but no one has helped me to the extent as Dr. Ross. My chiropractic experience at Four Points started from a Groupon ~4 yrs ago when I started having SI joint pain. Turns out my right leg is ~ 12mm shorter than my left & I have scoliosis. No wonder people always asked me why I was limping! No one's asked me about my limp since I started using the heel lift they recommended & get adjusted every other week by Dr. Mary. I didn't go with this office because I felt they were expensive and I didn't want x-rays. They insisted on x-rays. I felt it was unnecessary. Note: There is nothing wrong with my back. I just get chiropractic once a month because it's a healthy thing to do! Anyway, come to find out my insurance through LISD didn't cover this office anyway. Though the front office person I spoke to said it would. I had already paid $75 upfront for an initial exam, which did not include an adjustment, btw. When I found out the adjustment would be an additional charge, I decided to go with another chiropractor who honored my request for no x-rays. They would not refund my $75 for the initial exam I'd declined, so in order to compensate the money I'd already paid to 4 pts Famil Chiro, a chiropractor there gave me partial credit towards a massage which meant I'd pay about 1/3 the cost. I was happy about that and thought that was fair. Today, I just called to schedule that massage and they declined because the chiropractor that issued me the credit, no longer works there and the front desk person said there was no way for them to verify the massage credit. OK, but where does that leave me? I wonder what they did with my $75? I didn't get any services from them for that $75, btw. Nothing. They just took my money for an exam I never had and never even scheduled. I feel cheated. read more

Bought a Groupon for a consultation, x-rays, 1 hr massage, adjustment and cervical pillow. I was in lots of pain and drove over an hour for them to scam me. When I made the appointment, I told them massage and adjustment. I really needed the massage! They offered me another appointment for an adjustment, but I needed to do it two days in a row, no exceptions. After lots of complaints and them trying to guilt trip me, they gave me an emergency adjustment, but I needed to wait another hour. No massage, no pillow, not going back. read more

These folks are great. I started my chiropractic journey because I was having trouble with the range of motion in my neck when I would turn from side to side. I never had strong pain, but I simply couldn't turn my head very far. Now, my range of motion is normal and I feel a lot better. Unbelievable place. These guys changed my life - results more than i ever could have expected

It's people that are trying to convince you they care about your well being when In reality they do not. Worst massage I have ever had. I left this place in tears!! I definitely felt scammed walking out the door of this place. I came in with a Groupon for an X-ray, findings report, adjustment, massage and pillow package for $48. I have been in a car wreck and am a kickboxing trainer on my feet for 8-9 hours/day. When I had to split it into 4 different appointments I was confused, but they told me that the reason they do the massage last is so they know my problem areas and really focus on them and consult with the masseuse. I thought that would be amazing and kept believing them. I started really believing the doctor and what he was telling me, it seemed as though he cared.. They ended up talking me into 2 adjustments which cost me $50/each on top of the Groupon and told me that if I wanted to receive care from them it would cost me $2000/3months, obviously as a 20 y/o I do not have that kind of money. After they realized they were not going to get anymore money from me, things changed. I finally went into get my massage that I waited for so long for. For your "relaxing sounds" you get to hear everyone's conversation and the high pitch squeaking of the washing machine which was unpleasant but the least of my worries. They totally LIED about "consulting with the masseuse to target my problem areas." my worst problem areas were the back of my neck and lower back and she did not even TOUCH them! She did shoulders, legs, and arms and didn't even get to the places that I was hurting the most. She did not speak to me or ask me anything before or after the massage. In fact leaving this place I felt more horrible than I did coming in, my back feels in worse shape than ever. I can hardly move waking up this morning. Please don't waste your time or money. Go to another chiropractor that doesn't tell you that you need to come in 4 times a week and spend an absurd amount of money. He's up-selling and passing it off as care. I really believed him at first but after seeing someone else I realized my problem wasn't as bad as he made it seem and spending $2000/3 months of care is HIGHLY unnecessary for me. Similar to Sandy, our experience was equally worse. Dr. Ross would get aggressive and all he wants is to make that cracking sound. He would ask you for several visits which is completely bogus. Most people need exercise (go to a physio therapist who work on your core strengthening) and not bone manipulation. My back was straight (according to their x-ray experiment) and after a month of 12 visits my back had angle of 8-10 degrees. Dr. Ross will adjust only on one side which I find very strange because our body needs a balanced treatment. Why did I get backbone manipulation when my core muscle strength was weak. I'm visiting a physiotherapist now and my core is much better now. I do exercise for 10-15 minutes every day and I'm doing so much better. Professional, Educational & Outstanding Treatment - I could not be more impressed than I am with the FPFC team and the treatment that I'm receiving. From the first appointment to the current, I have been so pleased with the entire experience. The orientation to the office and the additional education were not things that I expected. I thought I'd simply be treated and that's it. They do an outstanding job of ensuring that they are clear about your needs and that you are clear about what can be done with treatment. The office team is always courteous and on top of things. The doctors are very professional but also personal enough that you don't feel like "just another patient". I have yet to have a question go unanswered and furthermore I've been encouraged to research more. The key to making so much of this type of treatment work is the part you do when you leave their office, and they truly to set you up for success. The added fact that they are Gonstead practitioners (research it), is icing on an already decadent cake. When reading negative reviews, consider this: In my opinion, the people complaining about a Groupon are not likely the kind that have diligently researched physicians in their area or their specialties. I've personally witnessed other patients in the office show up with Groupon related (not Four Points Family Chiropractic) issues where the office team helped them solve it despite the patient's inability to read the Groupon details outlined. I've read recent reviews that are CLEARLY embellished. What seemingly well-educated person lists site references suggesting chiropractic practices are BS, but doesn't also research what they are about to have done prior to proactively being treated for their laundry list of issues (one of which appears to be an overly-inflated ego)? Furthermore, does it not seem odd that a person would be treated 10+ times and not clearly understand what's being done to them as certain reviews suggest? I had a Groupon and they told me "Groupon won't accept my voucher, but I can pay $69 for the massage) What a BAIT AND SWITCH! I told them that this was ridiculous as I had this scheduled out for two months. They did not care. I purchased two separate groupon vouchers and adhered to the 'fine print' and they still wouldn't honor it stating it was Groupon who wouldn't take it, which is a lie. Sadly didn't get to a good experience with a groupon with them. I had a problem with my back that started causing a lot of pain. Called them in Friday morning and they gave me an appointer for 30 minutes later, or Monday, so I took the friday appointment. I get ready start driving there (all this a chore due to the intense pain), and half way there I call to let them know with traffic and me being slow moving to get ready, google maps estimates I will be 10 minutes late. They tell me in that case it has to be reschedule for Monday 8am, so I had to turn back home. I make a few more calls during the day and eventually get another chiropractor to see me on Friday. I call them to reschedule the Monday appointment to another date, but they were closed, called again on Monday at 7:10 am, and they tell me because I am cancelling with less than 24hours, my groupon now is invalid, and they'll only honor face value as a discount, but massage, x-rays, etc, are all lost. Was a let down that on Friday they wouldn't have waited 10 minutes to see me, while I am sure there is a good chance when you get there you have to wait a few minutes, and then to cancel my groupon value due to some 24 hour cancellation policy that I couldn't meet because this was an urgency during a weekend, was a bigger let down. I can not recommend, at least if you are in some kind of a hurry. The staff is extremely welcoming and thorough when checking you in. They give you a tour on your first visit; it's really nice to know where things are located. They bring you back into a small room where you'll discuss the reasons you're visiting with your doctor. I met with Dr.Mary. She was very kind and thorough throughout our discussion. She explained certain chiropractic terms she used to make sure I understood what she was talking about. After you discuss your symptoms, they give you a little hospital type shirt and a pair of shorts to put on before the exam. They ask that you take out as much jewelry as possible, so my friends with piercings make sure to put in retainers before your first visit! Once you've changed, you press a button and the doctor opens the other door to the exam room (there are two doors on each side of the small room you're first in. One out to the lobby and the other goes into the exam room). It's really nice to not have to parade through the entire building in a hospital gown. The exam is mainly what you'd expect. Dr. Neblett came in for a portion of the exam to take notes for Dr. Mary. My brief time with Dr. Neblett I would conclude he's a welcoming and caring individual. They go through ranges of motion, ability to resist a force, spinal exam (feeling each part of the spine), weight distribution, and xrays. They also have this cool device that they roll up your neck and spine and it shows the areas where you're having pain on the computer screen. My injury involves my neck and shoulder, so your exam might differ slightly dependent upon the area you're experiencing pain. After the exam, they let you change back into your clothes and then they'll meet you outside your door to walk you back to the lobby. They'll ask one of the receptionists to schedule your next two appointments. I personally interacted with Jordan and Katie - they're both very informative, professional, and kind. They make sure you have all the information you need before your next appointment. I'm looking forward to my next appointment. They go over their findings of the exam at the 2nd appointment and give the first chiropractic adjustment then. I truly appreciate the doctors take the time to give a thorough exam and go over the findings before adjusting - especially with injuries involving the spine and neck. I went in because my shoulder was very aggravated. I should have known better when after a month of treatments it didn't get better, but I continued going and increased my number of visits. Dr Ross got more aggressive and before you know it my neck was hurting. After another month - yea, I didn't learn, I couldn't turn my head because my neck hurt so bad. I ended up going to orthopedic and physical therapy, getting injections and needling, and thousands of dollars out of pocket later it's better but I'm still aware of my neck and there's still somethings I can't do (including going out on the boat which is one of my favorite things). I think I stayed because I've always had good success with chiropractors and heard so many good things about Dr Ross. The big take-away that I learned is if there is no improvement within 3-4 visits go somewhere else. read more
