Rosie O'Grady's is a MUST if you are visiting Pensacola! This might be the best "nightlife" experience we had while we were there. This isn't a typical piano bar- everyone here is SO talented and throughout the evening, you might see one person jump from piano, to guitar to drums. It's an all-inclusive experience when they not only get the crowd involved (and take song requests, of course), but they get the staff involved as well. Rosie's was PACKED on the night that we were here, and with good reason. At one point, there were 4 people on stage: 2 pianos, a guitar and drums and everyone is GREAT! Since it was David's birthday, I had them call him up on stage, sing him a song and embarrass him a little bit- all out of love and good fun. He really enjoyed it! Also, on the night that we were here they had different branches of the military "battling" to see who could give the musicians the biggest tip to play their song. The entire crowd got into it and it was a lot of fun. I wish I had discovered Rosie's a little sooner- we probably would have come back again after our first visit. If you are looking for a laugh, good music and a good time, Rosie O'Grady's should be your first stop.

"every little thing's gonna be all right."

Terrible service terrible food. Rude waitress and bar tender. Would not recommend. Beignets were burnt.

Beautiful bar, great entertainment but disappointed to give a cash tip to the dueling pianos to not play the requested song. Money wasted.

I was so impressed by the wine and libations menu. I had two glasses of a nice French Sauvignon blanc. My husband enjoyed the whiskey selection. We all enjoyed appetizers- heirloom tomato and burrata salad with yummy bread and a special of the day- crab claws in a white wine butter sauce with grilled lemon. Both divine. The lamb burger was perfectly seasoned and everyone enjoyed my truffle fries. The homemade tzatziki sauce was perfectly balanced and just delicious. The lobster rolls were stuffed with fresh, sweet lobster and the basil aioli the perfect compliment. Such a great value. My girls' likened it to lobster rolls we get in Maine. The blackened fish sandwich had a nice, bold Cajun flavor and the pickled cucumbers were the perfect match in acidity. Overall, one of the best meals we had on our entire trip!! I'm convinced anything you get here will be fantastic.

Good drink service, good food service times, and just really nice people all around. The food and beverage was also so so good. They had some of the best NA drinks we've ever had. The proteins were cooked to perfection. A whole snapper that was textbook. And those potatoes, I will dream of them forever. So delicious. Cons: Not a single con. I don't live in Pensacola, that's the only con. Tips: Great NA drink options. Perfectly cooked potatoes. Ask for the biggest snapper, because it won't be too much food, I promise.

I am 31 and he is 29. What in the world? There was less than 15 people in the show and none of the people we talked to were even close to 18. I dont even have a full beard and there were bearded people In there. I guess the bouncer wants a new job or something. I like this bar alot but otherwise extremely bizzare. Me and my friend easily spent $100+ in there before hand. The manager with the longish hair and the goatee was abysmal about the situation and kicked us out? Guarantee we spent the most money in there tonight. Great work Seville. We are EDM artist in town wanting to check out the show and thats what the situation is? What, only 18 year olds allowed? The dude performing barley had hair. Please address this situation. Update** I spoke with one of the owners about the situation. They got back to me very quickly and the situation is being addressed. Incredible response from management they took this very seriously.

What I didn't like was having to "check in" and pay a cover at the entrance and get my hand stamped... this is fine for the youngsters, but at my age, I'm past this sort of mess and it was "telling" to me what kind of adventure we'd be into once inside. It's crazy loud in each room in this venue, so loud you couldn't really talk with those you were with. We even saw "youngsters" walk in, have the same difficulty and leave. I feel they could do a much better job with this place, but offering a great food menu which matched the themes of each room and by toning down the sound a little. Overall, it was 'meh' I'm not interested in returning.

But don't overlook the drinks. These folks don't just pour cocktails, they dress them up like they're headed to a parade. The Bloody Mary shows up stacked with so much garnish it practically counts as lunch yes, even a piece of chicken riding on top like it owns the glass. Pair that with the waterfront view and the easygoing coastal vibe, and you've got a place that's equal parts classy and laid-back. Our waiter made the night even better. When he brought the oysters out, he pointed at them like they were suspects in a lineup and said, "One of these is about to ruin all other oysters for you." Then he gave us a quick "professional demonstration" on the proper way to knock one back, complete with commentary like a sports announcer. By the end we were laughing, sipping over-the-top cocktails, and enjoying one of those perfect Pensacola evenings where the food, the service, and the view all show up strong.

The service is outstanding and there's plenty of space where you do not feel crowded. After ordering a dozen oysters, I usually order a small plate or an appetizer. The crawfish pot pie small plate is outstanding and my favorite. The other night I ordered the mussels which were the appetizer special (but apparently regularly offered at The Fish House). Very tasty but not enough bread to sop up the sauce! I do prefer dining at The Fish House, but the bar experience at Atlas, especially on Tuesdays, is my preference.
