This restaurant is a 4-Star on a good day, and 3-Star the rest of the time. We came here expecting a whole lot more... Pay for parking, and coming to what appears to be a hot spot for the night scene of Pensacola Beach, and instead found a staff uninterested in us, as we had to chase down drink refills, and food that was "ok to good" overall. The made a tasty wings to start off, so we had high hopes, followed by a Caesar salad which was heavily dressed just how I like it! Then came the mains... A red fish which was dry and swimming in a corn Maque Choux which wasn't a benefit to the blackened fish. My son's burger had little care, work on it's execution, and was a bit overcooked. The pizza was very good overall, and had a nice sauce combined with a great amount of cheese. As for my French Dip Shaved Prime Rib on Toasted Hoagie Topped with Onions and Gruyere Cheese, was ok, nothing spectacular, but paired with really tasty onion rings. So on the whole... it was ok, just nothing to drive all over to eat at.

Great downtown option for drinks, live music, and cool bartenders. The crowds here create the vibe - a mix of locals and tourists ready for drinks and a good time! Drinks can be strong but are mixed well.

So many little bars within one big place. Lots of fun and great bartenders. Live music, Darts, pool, and other bar games. Dueling pianos and more. Always a fun place for drinks and some haunted moments.

Originally opened in a converted 19th century warehouse in 1967 by Bob Snow as Rosie O'Grady's Warehouse. Seville Quarter is an entertainment complex consisting of seven unique rooms, each with its own theme and atmosphere. This historic venue has been a staple of Pensacola's downtown scene since 1967, when it started out as Rosie O'Grady's Goodtime Emporium. Over the years, it's grown to include additional rooms like Phineas Phogg's, Apple Annie's, Lili Marlene's, End o' the Alley Bar, Fast Eddie's, and Palace Café. Each room has its own vibe and menu, offering a range of experiences for visitors. Rosie O'Grady's, for instance, is known for its dueling pianos and lively atmosphere, while Phineas Phogg's serves up classic pub fare in a casual setting. The food and drinks at Seville Quarter are as diverse as its rooms. From seafood at Palace Café to Sunday Funday Specials, there's something for everyone. They also offer banquet and catering services, making it a popular choice for events. Sunday, Monday, Tuesday no charge (ages 21+) Thursday $3 from 8-9pm (ages 21+) $5 after 9pm (ages 21+) Subject to Change after 11pm (ages 18+) Friday & Saturday $5 after 8pm (ages 21+) There's a membership option for regulars which includes free admission and in 2023 the membership card was $80.00 and a VIP card $400.00, which comes with lots of perks. Bottom line: HOURS MON - SAT 11 am - 3 am SUN 2 pm - 3 am https://sevillequarter.com/ https://www.facebook.com/sevillequarter/

Where's the beef? Looks like stew meat, not shaved ribeye. The "Philly Cheesesteak" special for $12.99.

Really gone downhill in the past couple of years. Today for lunch I thought I would try the Lily Lobster Roll. The roll was dry and crusty, and it scratched my lip. The "lobster" is imitation crab meat, pollock with dye and seasoning, and over salted. I also had the salad bar, and in the past it was a $5 upcharge if ordered with your lunch, but today it was a full $11.99. There was also an unexpected upcharge for getting the sweet potato fries which I was not told about. When I told the waitress I did not care for the lobster roll, she grabbed my plate and stomped off, even though over half the fries were left and I was still eating them. All in, I put over $40 on my credit card for a very disappointing lunch experience. PLEASE NOTE: this is a food/service review for lunch. The atmosphere and ambiance at Seville Quarter is special, and if you are going for the purpose to have a good time with friends or to enjoy the dueling pianos, you will probably have a great time. I still recommend Seville for visitors, but the lunch salad bar is overpriced and be careful as some items on the menu are just not that good.

Victoria the bartender lifted a car off my broken leg and dragged me to the ER after that she provided me with drinks.

Stopped by Palace Oyster for a drink at the bar and an appetizer before dinner. We enjoyed the fried cheese curds which are breaded in house. So delicious with the dipping sauces. Ranch was my favorite.

One of the best Grasshoppers I've ever had!

This place is truly a hidden gem in Pensecola! From the moment you step inside the brick interior it feels like you are entering a portal to Bourbon Street! The decor is incredible and feels like a 200 year old part of New Orleans. The food was amazing. I got the Chicken Cajun Pasta and my wife got the Brisket Grilled Cheese which came with a French Dip Sauce. Both were amazing. The service was excellent and the whole meal even with two entrees, desserts, and 2 mixed drinks only cost around $48! Incredible dood at an affordable price which is a rare find down here. Also asked the bar tender to make me a Grasshopper which is a New Orleans specialty but wasn't on the menu and they made it perfectly! A must visit for anyone who is on the area! They accept reservations but we could have walked in as well as it wasn't overly busy.

Seville Quarter is by far the best place to go to on a Saturday night in Pensacola. Love live music like jazz and dueling pianos? They've got that. Love a giant bar where you can meet lots on new people? Oh they've definitely got that. Love cheap drinks, cozy outside courtyards, and dancing? Yep they've got that too. This bar is massive with so many sections and spots to explore that one could easily get lost in there, but hey that's part of the fun! We had a blast at Seville Quarter and I'm so happy we went there while we were in Florida. They do have a nominal cover charge -but it's certainly worth it for the experience and good times. I hope we can come back to Florida one day and spend more time at Sevilles.

Prime rib special with garlic green beans and mashed potatoes. It comes with au jus and a dill horseradish sauce.

On Saturday night the restaurant has prime rib special. Was so delicious. It was served with garlic green beans and mashed potatoes, which my bf couldn't stop raving about. The server was very knowledgeable and attentive and the manager checked on us multiple times to make sure everything was wonderful.

Ask the Community - Seville Quarter

I have been waiting for a long time to go here but everyone is now telling me it's closed. Is that true?

We were just there - it is still open, there are multiple bars and they are not all open at the same time and some can't be seen from the street so you need to walk through to the back.

I'm 21 but my friends are 18. Are 18y/o's able to go in when it's not college night?

I think it's 21 and over because it's all bars.

Seven years later, not much (if anything that I can tell) has changed. They don't do gimmicky promotions or decorations to attract the hoards of tourists. The people tend to be regulars and the experience is as mid as it gets. Bartenders are not friendly, but they are quick. Crowd is overall chill but you get your occasional drunk who starts a fight or can't take a no. Pool tables in the back are cool and there's a second bar back there that's sometimes a little less crowded than the one up front by the main entrance. Place tends to have a lingering bleach smell during the day so it's reassuring they clean. Hahaha. The one thing this place could improve upon is their patio. Just a concrete pad with a few raggedy tables. Could be cool if they added a small stage or outdoor bar and a fire pit for cooler weather. But then again, that's kind of why this place is a bit of an Oasis for the locals. They don't do all that extra stuff.

But after what happened tonight, we won't be coming back unless serious action is taken. My wife politely asked if you had jelly shots, and after the bartender (Chris, with the beard) checked, she genuinely said, "Thank you for looking." His response? He turned around and called her a "salty piece of shit." Loud enough for others to hear. Absolutely disgusting. There is zero excuse for that kind of unprovoked, disrespectful behavior from someone representing your business. If your staff can't handle basic manners or show the slightest level of professionalism, they shouldn't be behind a bar, period. Chris should be fired immediately. If not, it says everything about how management tolerates abusive and misogynistic behavior toward women. We expect a response from management--either to apologize directly or to let us know what steps are being taken. Until then, we'll be taking our money elsewhere and making sure our friends do the same.

My intention was simply to check it out and potentially return later with my husband after he got off work. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. As soon as I opened the door, the bartender's first comment was to tell me to close it because the air conditioning was on. There was no greeting, no "welcome in," and no offer to help--just a curt request that came across as rude and passive-aggressive. I explained that I was only looking around to check the place out, but received no response. For a business located in an area that attracts many tourists and visitors, I would expect a more welcoming atmosphere. People often stop in to see what a business has to offer before deciding to return or make a purchase. First impressions matter, and unfortunately this one was not positive.
