Easter sunday. 11pm. Me and my friend get called weird and "too old" by the bouncer to the room where the 18 + EDM show was ( not the outside bouncers) because we wanted to go into the 18 + EDM show. I am 31 and he is 29. What in the world? There was less than 15 people in the show and none of the people we talked to were even close to 18. I dont even have a full beard and there were bearded people In there. I guess the bouncer wants a new job or something. I like this bar alot but otherwise extremely bizzare. Me and my friend easily spent $100+ in there before hand. The manager with the longish hair and the goatee was abysmal about the situation and kicked us out? Guarantee we spent the most money in there tonight. Great work Seville. We are EDM artist in town wanting to check out the show and thats what the situation is? What, only 18 year olds allowed? The dude performing barley had hair. Please address this situation. Update** I spoke with one of the owners about the situation. They got back to me very quickly and the situation is being addressed. While visiting Pensacola we came here with friends one Saturday evening.... It's a really cool concept with many bars of different names and styles throughout the building. What I didn't like was having to "check in" and pay a cover at the entrance and get my hand stamped... this is fine for the youngsters, but at my age, I'm past this sort of mess and it was "telling" to me what kind of adventure we'd be into once inside. It's crazy loud in each room in this venue, so loud you couldn't really talk with those you were with. We even saw "youngsters" walk in, have the same difficulty and leave. I feel they could do a much better job with this place, but offering a great food menu which matched the themes of each room and by toning down the sound a little. This restaurant is a 4-Star on a good day, and 3-Star the rest of the time. We came here expecting a whole lot more... Pay for parking, and coming to what appears to be a hot spot for the night scene of Pensacola Beach, and instead found a staff uninterested in us, as we had to chase down drink refills, and food that was "ok to good" overall. The made a tasty wings to start off, so we had high hopes, followed by a Caesar salad which was heavily dressed just how I like it! Then came the mains... A red fish which was dry and swimming in a corn Maque Choux which wasn't a benefit to the blackened fish. My son's burger had little care, work on it's execution, and was a bit overcooked. The pizza was very good overall, and had a nice sauce combined with a great amount of cheese. As for my French Dip Shaved Prime Rib on Toasted Hoagie Topped with Onions and Gruyere Cheese, was ok, nothing spectacular, but paired with really tasty onion rings. Really gone downhill in the past couple of years. Today for lunch I thought I would try the Lily Lobster Roll. The roll was dry and crusty, and it scratched my lip. The "lobster" is imitation crab meat, pollock with dye and seasoning, and over salted. I also had the salad bar, and in the past it was a $5 upcharge if ordered with your lunch, but today it was a full $11.99. There was also an unexpected upcharge for getting the sweet potato fries which I was not told about. When I told the waitress I did not care for the lobster roll, she grabbed my plate and stomped off, even though over half the fries were left and I was still eating them. All in, I put over $40 on my credit card for a very disappointing lunch experience. PLEASE NOTE: this is a food/service review for lunch. The atmosphere and ambiance at Seville Quarter is special, and if you are going for the purpose to have a good time with friends or to enjoy the dueling pianos, you will probably have a great time. I still recommend Seville for visitors, but the lunch salad bar is overpriced and be careful as some items on the menu are just not that good. read more

Visited the Seville Quarter for the first time and really enjoyed my meal. The building itself is beautiful with old world charm and is a great place to enjoy a meal. This place is truly a hidden gem in Pensecola! From the moment you step inside the brick interior it feels like you are entering a portal to Bourbon Street! The decor is incredible and feels like a 200 year old part of New Orleans. The food was amazing. I got the Chicken Cajun Pasta and my wife got the Brisket Grilled Cheese which came with a French Dip Sauce. Both were amazing. The service was excellent and the whole meal even with two entrees, desserts, and 2 mixed drinks only cost around $48! Incredible dood at an affordable price which is a rare find down here. Also asked the bar tender to make me a Grasshopper which is a New Orleans specialty but wasn't on the menu and they made it perfectly! A must visit for anyone who is on the area! They accept reservations but we could have walked in as well as it wasn't overly busy. read more

They are out of three types of beer, fruit, beignets. They have no draught list and very few vegetarian options. No veggie options for kids. Definitely won't be back unless management makes some changes. The service would have been better if the server wasn't so frustrated by everything being out of stock. Seville Quarter is by far the best place to go to on a Saturday night in Pensacola. Love live music like jazz and dueling pianos? They've got that. Love a giant bar where you can meet lots on new people? Oh they've definitely got that. Love cheap drinks, cozy outside courtyards, and dancing? Yep they've got that too. This bar is massive with so many sections and spots to explore that one could easily get lost in there, but hey that's part of the fun! We had a blast at Seville Quarter and I'm so happy we went there while we were in Florida. They do have a nominal cover charge -but it's certainly worth it for the experience and good times. During evening hours me and my friends waited in line and then stepped out to use the restroom after waiting 25+ minutes and management refused us entry and accused us of hopping the line and made comments about my friends appearance. I fell madly in love with this old building and all of the amazing interior architectural designs but also decor. This is multiple bars in one, with an alleyway/hallway that walks in between. There is beautiful carved arches, an amazing patio, old huge wooden bars and more things hung up on the wall than you could ever look at in one trip. We popped in to sit at the bar to have a beer but I spent the majority of my time just wandering in and out of all of the different rooms. We were there in the mid-ish of the afternoon on a Monday so it was quiet but I was able to walk around in and out of the other areas and look at the whole place. Beautiful and a must see! read more

I can only speak for Rosie O'Grady's dueling piano bar inside of Seville Quarter- but this place alone is worth the cover charge and then some! My husband and I were here on vacation and decided to pop in and watch some piano for a couple hours. Let's just say a couple hours turned into closing time! We were there from about 10pm-3am and loved EVERY second. I came back to Tennessee raving to friends about how people need to go to Pensacola JUST to see this place. The building itself is beautiful and historic, and the guys at the piano bar are true professionals. We were stunned at their voices and piano playing skills- it felt like we were at a concert! The bartenders and wait staff were also on top of it. The audience participation was palpable, and I would say this environment is fun and suitable for anyone aged 21 to 71! Starting at 8, the dualing piano bar is good and fun. Several very talented pianists. Apple Annie has decent live bands. Before the live bands, for 45 minutes, they have a DJ. His style is confusing. Please tell him the crowd at that point is older. I'm not sure he understands we like various decades pop dance music. We know how to dance to that. He plays a lot of Rap. It's cool, but not for ppl who grew up dancing to Michael Jackson. If he doesn't like older Pop music, he could play The Weekend or Katie Perry. Does he know popular dance music is around 95-120 beats a minute and has a steady rhythm? Last night he played music either Much slower or Much faster. Nobody was dancing and the place was basically empty. The potential is completely wasted on that space. A DJ who knows good dance music could fill that place between 7-9:30 with ppl my generation (50-60) in anticipation of the band. Then the band would start with a full house. As it is the DJ literally runs dancing ppl off. Someone please help him understand the group he's playing for. The kids go to the hip hop bar in front on the street side. I have been to Seville on many occasions and never felt the need to write a review. But today I needed to. The food is consistently mediocre. And the DJ tonight was by far the worst I've heard. The nostalgia did not end at Pensacola Beach. The other place to go, to back in the military years, was Seville's. This was especially true during "Squids and Kids" night on Thursdays. This bar is pretty big, and has many different sections to it. Each section has its own vibe, with the dance floor being my favorite. Good times were had here, in a place that holds many great memories for me. All the good people with whom I partied back then are off doing other things in life now, as am I. When I came here a few days ago, it was a daytime. It was quite an experience, setting foot in here after 13 years. But I'm glad I was able to visit this awesome party spot after so long a time. Im not 21, went there with my friends on Thursday January 24th, I was there from 11:30-1:25. A bar tender came up to me asking if I was 21, I told her no I wasn't. About 25-30 min later( I was in the karaoke room) a security person came up to me, she asked for my ID, I gave her my Id, she then proceeded to tell me to follow her. I got up and followed her. She asked if I was 21, I said no I am not 21, she then said that she saw me drinking a drink out of someone's lap. I asked her who she said "she couldn't disclose that information" I then proceeded with, why am I being questioned. She stated that "multiple people have saw me drinking... NOT once while I was there did I drink a drink. She then said we can go watch the cameras, at this point I was fed up with all the questioning and bull shit that I said I can leave, I had stated I could leave multiple times. I was being attacked with false information. I didn't drink out if someone's lap nor did I even pick up a drink. Extremely unprofessional... I had about 6-7 security guards around me. If they wanted me or leave they could've just stated so. Instead they wanted to make up some bull shit ass lie about me drinking. Don't allow people under 21 to come in there if you're gonna just kick them out for false accusations with no proof.
