However, there is no clear confirmation that hot water is actually being used. After washing and drying my sheets, they were still visibly filthy and covered in what appeared to be dog hair. I'm not sure whether the contamination came from the washer or the dryer, but either way, my linens came out dirtier than when they went in. I ended up having to take everything to a reputable laundromat I've used before and pay to rewash it all. Total waste of time, money, and energy. As others have pointed out, the facility itself is noticeably dirty -- and there was a "worker" there. I should have trusted my first instinct and turned around the moment I walked in. There's an app you can download and use to see the washer and dryer availability. You can also pay via the app using Apple Pay. You scan the QR code on the machine where it will also show you the machine number and load with your phone. If you must step out you can track the time on the machines. Dryers are .25 cents and the washers range $4 to $9. There's a machine where you can buy detergent and softener from using coins and cash only and the products there range from $1 to $5. The location provides free WiFi if you've work to do and about two tables where you can sit on w/your laptop and work. If you prefer the old school way there is an ATM inside and machines that give coins. The only downside to this location is the parking availability. The lot is small and shared with a wing stop and a 7Eleven. You can park on the street on non street cleaning days. Other than the parking situation, this is definitely a nice place to come wash.
