The place does their laundering and pressing in house. So its faster than other places, and does a decent job. No complaints about that. Easy to reach being a corner store. Although, that will change in a few years since it looks like a developer is going to build on the lot across from them. Nonetheless, they give great service and will get the job done. Every time I have visited over the years they always amazing service. Its important to note they handle a large volume of clothing. But if the garment is important to you ,make it known and if you have stains tell them and they will try their best to get it out or they will tell you what they advise. First time customer. I needed several items dry cleaned with 24 hours turn around and they delivered. They even managed to get some pretty gnarly pit stains out of my tux shirt. I didn't realize I had left a bandana in a pocket so they pressed it too. Two sets of pants, tux shirt, dinner jacket, bandana. 24-hours. Under $30. I've been passing this place for years and didn't expect what I got from the look of the outside. Fast service, good cleaning and they are efficient. I was going to a place down thw street which has messed my jeans up once and told me I needed to have my ticket to bring them back to have them taken care of but it had been hot so wearing those jeans wasn't happening but they still took them. I went to pickup the blanket I had cleaned the day after it was supposed to be ready, an hour before they closed and was told that the item still needed 20 more minutes before it was complete. Decent dry cleaner and good customer service. The reason for one star less is because they close on Sundays. I really needed my coat on Sunday. Another reason for a star less is because I didn't see any parking. One more thing is that the phone number was not working. I went on a 2 week trip and I'm glad that they still had my coat when I came back. I used the discount that I saw on yelp for first time customers. If I remembered correctly they charged me about $7 something for my coat. They usually print out a ticket with your information to give it to them when you pick up your items. I lost mine but I just gave them my phone number. They were able to look up my stuff with it. They also do your laundry by the pound. I think it must be 10 pounds or more. Might try that next time if I'm too busy. read more

Now that is where my rating goes from a 5 to a 4 star. The chromatic parts of my buttons on my jacket faded and chipped a bit. The jacket is dry clean only so I was not sure why this happened. I am appalled by their customer service. The way they speak to you makes me wonder how they get their customers to come back. I've been coming here to get my clothes dry cleaned and I spent $80 here last time, so I would think they could speak to you with less attitude and NOT point out "my attitude"??? I'm sorry, but the reason I pay for dry cleaning is so that my clothes get washed. I really regret not taking before and after photos of some of my clothes from ~ 3 times where the exact same stains were there when I picked up my clothes making me wonder if my clothes were even cleaned (which by the way is disgusting to think). I specifically left my romper with them because I had gotten a little bit of my foundation on the leg area. I pick it up and Lo and behold the stain is still there. I'm planning on wearing that romper to a birthday dinner, so I go back in to ask about it and the lady is like "it's because you dragged it on the floor. I saw it. You were holding a lot and you didn't knot the plastic cover so it dragged. It's dirt." She keeps insisting it was my fault. By that point, I don't want to hear it and just want my romper clean. Honestly, Was I there to argue with you what happened? So you knew it was longer than the plastic cover and could drag on the floor but you didn't knot it before giving it to me and instead you are pointing fingers and blaming the customer? And you say I have bad attitude for being pissed off that you can't do your job properly but have the heart to say it was ME? Also, last time I came, I wanted to get their regular wash too. She started saying "you sure you want this in there?" So I said ok can you tell me which ones will be ruined? And she continues to say I'm just saying... but we can do it. Just not our liability if it gets ruined. I said I get it. Since I'm not sure, can you just take out what I shouldn't put in there? And she just doesn't get me and speaks with this annoyed tone. So I said ok can you just give it back to me? And she proceeds to SHOVE ALL MY LAUNDRY BACK TO ME ACROSS THE COUNTER. I had a lump of my laundry that I had to put back in my bag. And you tell me I am "mean"? Uh REALLY? I don't think you understand the idea of a customer service oriented business. Customers go to a service because they want what they paid for. In my case, it's clean clothes. I had my friend check her clothes to see if they were washed and she said she questioned that sometimes too. Is this too much for your customers to ask? Also, if you are an expert at washing clothes and can provide advice and direction, those are the things that make customers feel like your business has good customer service. If you come to work to just hand people their clothes and take money but get all rude when they point out your flawed service, then please explain to me why ANYONE would want to spend money here. By the end of our conversation(s), I was extremely annoyed and I'm sure it showed because I flat out said can you just wash my romper, and I won't come back. I have taken my coat to another dry cleaners before and I did not like how it came out but I came to this one because a friend recommended it to me and my coat was left like brand new. You can tell that time was taken to take all that dog fur I had on it. You know they take their job serious when you don't find a single dog fur on your coat. They are decent (not excellent)for simple cleaning and pressing but do NOT go to them for repairs or alterations. I've gone to them about 5 times for this and have never been satisfied. I've had one time I brought in navy blue slacks with a small hole and it was sewn shut with BLACK thread; WHY!? Also on 3 separate occasions I've brought in multiple items for sewing repair and when I got them back, not all items were repaired even though I paid for it and even I blatantly pointed out the area in the first. Just recently this happened and I asked them to go back and fix one pair slacks they forgot and when I came back a 2nd time they STILL didn't fix the hole meaning they just took it back at let it sit there.
