The nail salon itself is a typical nail salon nothing special in the interior. The only thing that stood out to me was the niceness of the staff. They really seem to care that you've had a good experience. Very friendly. I got the deluxe pedicure. They have about five different ones you can choose from. Mine was $45. It included a fabulous leg massage and hot towels. I enjoyed every minute. I got a French pedicure which was an extra $5 which is typical of any salon. The end result looked really nice. I was asked to choose my color and seated immediately. The vibe was cozy,clean and instrumental jazz music played throughout my time there. There is a total disregard for your time, and they all seem to not care. this is the closest place to our house and i absolutely will not step back in here. I don't even care if the location is convenient. I called the owner and asked if she was busy at that moment because I only had a little bit of time to come and get my nails done and I knew that they always took forever, and she said absolutely come cause she had no one right now. I waited for at least 15 minutes because asking someone again what the wait was for because there was literally no one in there except like 2 people getting their toes done. They didn't know what to tell me and didn't care to actually help or try to get the owner. After 20 minutes of waiting when I was told to come now (since we live close I literally got there 10 min after I spoke to the owner), I left. The owner I guess saw me walk out or someone told her? And called me frantically 3 times in a row asking me to come back and I ignored her. Are you joking??????? The customer service here is such a joke. Save your money for real.

Her work was extremely clean--one of the best gel pedicures I've had. They also offer a paraffin wax pedicure, which I'd never experienced and decided to try out. It felt wonderful. I probably wouldn't get it every time I get a pedicure, but it would be a nice treat every once in a while. It was a small, clean, friendly business. I was so happy I stopped here. My daughter and I got a mani-pedi and could not be happier. Not only did they make me feel comfortable, the nail tech who did my 8 year old daughter's nails was so patient with her and walked her through all the steps. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone in the area! My nail tech was awesome as well and so thorough!
